The gentleman at the counter handled a tough situation so well! There were about 4 people waiting in line and his computer system was down. On top of that, I arrived past my reservation time so my reservation was canceled. He was still able to help me with an issue caused by my fault despite the hectic circumstances going on. Thank you!
