Trailer leaked from back door seal. Got water damage from leaking. Notified front desk when returned. All that was said was thanks we will ch ck it out. Had to drive across Maryland and West Virginia in rain. Finally hit Kentucky and rain stopped checked trailer and it was all wet inside
Robert AU-Haul changed my reservation location and extended my rental even though the 8-hour period had not yet expired.
MOHANAD HHidden fees, paid more than I was told
Alexa WThe gentleman at the counter handled a tough situation so well! There were about 4 people waiting in line and his computer system was down. On top of that, I arrived past my reservation time so my reservation was canceled. He was still able to help me with an issue caused by my fault despite the hectic circumstances going on. Thank you!
