The interior cab of the truck was muddy and had food residue and crumbs in the console, but otherwise was good condition.

Mary HI returned the truck the way I received it. No way I should have been charged another $25 for a cleaning fee. Besides seeing the lower than quoted fuel level, you might also note the dog hair on the dash. That was just what I happened to catch in the picture.
STEVEN JTruck smelled terrible. Battery was dead when I picked it up. After it was jumped, it had a low tire pressure alarm.

Masayuki FI would NOT recommend using the U-Haul app. My phone didn't get good service at the location, but even when the service was okay, the app was terrible. It is NOT user friendly. My 25 year old daughter even had a hard time with it. The truck was very nice, though. Clean and in good working order.
Rachel WI had originally requested picking up the truck at a different location that apparently had three reservations for its two 26' trucks. Just one hour before my pick up time I received a text that my pick up location was switched to Max Meadows, which is 37 miles away from the requested location. Arranging a ride to the new location took many hours, which delayed loading until the evening and departure until the next day. As a result, I had to cancel my Load Share agreement with U-Haul. The staff at the Max Meadows location were very friendly and professional.
Cameron PI did not like that this location was not open on weekends, the web site to get the truck was confusion and a pain to work through. This location lot was crowded and messy.
Joel BThat personnel be trained to assist and take care of customer needs and no one seemed to care if they helped him or not and when they did complete the rental uhaul was defective and he had to go to another location to get one. Took all day for a 30 minute transaction and then he gets a phone call that evening that he would have to return it over an hour away location; total experience was totally ridiculous and inconvenient. Paperwork was not completed on the return until yesterday.....unacceptable.
Ronney ULower the mileage fee. You are already putting the gas on the pockets of the customers, .89c per mile is ridiculous. Other than that it was awesome experience. Thank you.

Jennifer JNever gaves us our dolly which slowed down the moving time alot. Was told I could drop off truck anywhere and later put us on the busiest drop off street. Incorrect info. Given alot. When asked if I turned it in a day early with less milles would I get money back for that. I did not.
Earl WThieves lied about the gas. I went to the station next door and added gas to almost 1/2 tank. The truck had 3/8 tank when I picked it up. This thieving location did not come out to look at the truck and just took the key and said I was good to go. Later I get the email with the bill and they said I had les than 3/8 tank and charged me $15.00 for 3 gallons of gas. They are liars and thieves at this location. Don't trust the thieves at the I-81 Travel Plaza. And from the looks of it the name should be I-81 Travel DUMP.
Mark CUhaul was full of ants. Didnt get my furniture protective sheets. People we picked the uhaul up from were rude.

JAMES NMy main critique is the lack of communication of delays that were happening. My box did not arrive on time either to pick it up before loading it or to unload it. And when there was an issue some of the contractors of U-Haul were not very helpful to get the issue fixed. Instead they were loading all of their problems and timing issues on me.
Stephanie RDidn’t go in. I did a night drop off. The area could use some lights as it’s not a well lit place and the location is sketchy so a person will feel more safe with better lighting.

TANYA NThe people at this place were friendly enough. However, I really want to rate my experience with the Seattle offices. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! No customer service, lied to me, could not get their act together. I should dispute my charges because they took 10 days to get two boxes together that they separated. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

john HRented a truck for two days but turned it in under 24 hrs and was suppose to get some money back from UHaul but never did. From now on I’ll deal with a different company.
Jimmy PUhaul changed my pickup location the day before my pick-up date to a location that was a 45min drive away from the original pick-up location. Horrible customer experience.
