I did not like that this location was not open on weekends, the web site to get the truck was confusion and a pain to work through. This location lot was crowded and messy.

That personnel be trained to assist and take care of customer needs and no one seemed to care if they helped him or not and when they did complete the rental uhaul was defective and he had to go to another location to get one. Took all day for a 30 minute transaction and then he gets a phone call that evening that he would have to return it over an hour away location; total experience was totally ridiculous and inconvenient. Paperwork was not completed on the return until yesterday.....unacceptable.
