ANGEL FI think the cost initially advertised on the aide of vehicles is very misleading. The $1.19 per mile really stacked up quickly and makes something you initially thought woukd be economical, very uneconomical.

MITCHELL ANice location with good proximity to multiple neighborhoods making short transportation needs easy to equip. This particular location has very limited parking (3 pull-in spots and 1 paralel) with more U-haul equipment than spots. This makes both picking up and returning equipment more tedious than it should be and necessitates clients park owned vehicles in adjacent business parking areas.
Chris COnly issue I had with my rental was related to the Uhaul online experience. Not sure if due to outages, but it took over 4 hours to receive my one-time passcode to sign in, so I had to get assistance from customer service on my after hours return.

VINOD GGreat customer service. In fact I got a message from uhaul saying my pick up location was changed due to unavailability of the equipment at this location 30 mins before my pick up. Called istorage and they transferred me to uhaul and managed to immediately provide me a bigger vehicle for the same price and extended my rental for free. Customer service was very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend this location.

Lavonda WU Haul double booked my rental vehicle and had to spend half an hour talking to other customer about it and calling up U Haul to try to fix the problem. I am very disappointed with U Haul booking experience. I don't think this location has any issue but it is the U Haul company issue.

Henry DUploading my driving license And uploading photos to the app when returned NG the truck was horrible It didn’t work for the driving license and the employee did himself from his phone And for returning photos every time I upload photos system refresh and has to take photo again and finally it didn’t work and didn’t let me upload photos. This need a serious upgrade

ELIZABETH PThe app is very difficult to use when picking up. It took more than 30 minutes and 2 phone calls to your 24/7 service in order to get things moving. Other than that it was very good.
