DONALD GThis is terrible, it was shown as location open and then it was offshore hour pick and charged $40 - $50 extra for all non sense charges, Never ever will be at this site again
VINOD GGreat customer service. In fact I got a message from uhaul saying my pick up location was changed due to unavailability of the equipment at this location 30 mins before my pick up. Called istorage and they transferred me to uhaul and managed to immediately provide me a bigger vehicle for the same price and extended my rental for free. Customer service was very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend this location.
