I felt rushed by Lance calling me on moving day stressing me out even further about the return of the truck. I was moving a four bedroom home and need the truck longer . He stated that someone was scheduled to get the truck and asked what time I could return . I finalized and said 3:30 he said he would put 4pm I said okay and it would be back before then. Upon receiving the finalized bill I noticed I was charged for another day . Now that’s not an issue however it became one because I rushed to get the truck back for the next person that Lance said was waiting so I never got to get the truck a full 24hrs hence I had to sit stuff out on the curb that I wanted only because I felt rushed nor did he inform me that I would be charged for another 24 hours if I was informed I would have not left my things . So far that I feel my experience was a bit poor and I had to go back in forth with him about that I was still using the truck while he continues to tell me someone had a reservation. However I was rewarded that when I get the truck for my scheduled day it would be a possibility that I would not get it if the person before me is still young it . So this very thing happened in my use of the vehicle so thee normal procedure is for the company to reschedule said person to another facility. So hence once more Lance should not have stressed me out even further than what I already was . Just inform me of the closet I agree and that’s that . Instead he gave me partial information and a bank and forth dialog as if he had bad understanding!!! I would like to note that Ms. Tammy the lady that initially helped me from the beginning was amazing and exhibits extremely great customer service as well as her being very knowledgeable. She really was a big help to me , being that I have not moved in 16 years and things are a lot different from back then.
