The chains on trailer were dangerously thin in places and stop king for the trailer I had to take garbage out of trailer before loading it although there was keys and dirt still on floor I didn't have time to sweep it out as I had to get on road. I had fire department where I was do my loading for me as I have arm injury and they were very concerned about the chains and made sure to tell me to report this issue as it needs to be fixedJolene F.

I would recommend more supervision by someone who works here when we went to get the trailer. Kind of a disorganized area to back into to get the trailer. The grass should be trimmed back here and the trailers better organized.darren S.

I called Uhaul to extend my rental an extra day and had to pay using credit card. But when I returned it the employee insisted I pay again and argued with me saying I was lying. Customer service is important. She could have asked, checked in the system and then said she made a mistake. I wont recommend this location to anyone. I also had to manually push a Uhaul forward by myself to gain access to mine. That's a potential safety issue.Kirk B.

Watched as the owner of the location used a skid steer to â€œflipâ€ the trailers out of the snow and ice. Then he dragged it out a few feet and left if for me to pull to the street by hand to attach to the RV. I inspected what I could but the unit was still covered with snow and ice. Lights would NOT WORK no matter what I tried. Ended up with only a right hand signal light. My rv wiring works perfectly.Terry B.

DISASTEROUS!!!!! The company I used was and has been an excellent business, it is not just a U-Haul depot,but also a mechanical repair shop. I rented equipment from them and let a 3rd party use it against my better judgement they did not return Uhaul truck to where it was supposed to go which was where we were to originally rented it from I and P Mechanical in High Prairie AB! The shady and dishonest people who I let use truck and trailer then kept the keys but informed me they had dropped unit off in Slave Lake AB but again not where it was to go! They then returned and stole unit so they could continue using unit it wasn't until later I was informed unit was still missing and reported stolen! The unit was eventually found in Edmonton Alberta abandoned I am now responsible for 3000 dollars due to my stupid decision to allow these so called ex inlaws and I recommend never to allow others to rent under your name and good standing! I am at fault and I am embarrassed and I must say Uhaul in general took all of this in stride they were professional and kind really and did not make more out of this situation but I am on the hook for the bill!William C.

I needed to rent an appliance dolly, they had one but said it was not for rent. They also had a smaller one but would not fit my needs. This is the only problem I came across. If it was there why not rent it if people need it Thank you.Allan R.

With a valid credit card and a valid driver's licence, the need to have a name of a friend and call them is a stupid and antiquated practice and humiliating as well. What's next? signing over my first born? When I rent a far more expensive car I don't get treated like a common criminal. Otherwise the service and equipment was fine.Geoffrey C.

service was non existant had to do everything with the app. which would be ok if there was a cell signal in the area. as a result it took hours to check the thing out. no service on weekends so had to rent for three days even though I only needed one. and was charged extra because i could not check it back in. (as it was the weekend and the cell signal was not there.) will never be renting a u-haul again. better off buying/building your own trailer.Ryan M.

Well for one don't let people book online if there is no actual pick up available! Having to drive almost 5 hours round trip to get the uhal was a joke and you guys could only offer $100 off which I also find a joke because going the opposite way it's only $242 and with the $100 off we paid around $600 still. I definitely will not ever use uhal again after how terrible the service was and how much of a hasstle it was and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid uhal. I gave you guys a second chance after the first run around I had in April and I was even more disappointed this time.Alana S.
I did not pick up at this location, went to Red Earth, ( over 100 miles) upon arriving the truck has been vandalized so was not in use. No phone service on that road so they could not contact me. The woman at the location was very gracious and helpful as she could be. Called the 1-800 number, found them to be no help at all, unfortunately. It wasn't that they didn't want to help but had no idea of the geographical area. Couldn't contact anyone as it was â€œafter hoursâ€ I was given the area managers number â€œJoeâ€, made up for what the 1-800 service couldn't do. He was friendly and helpful, informative and overall fantastic. Got a contract with the people in High Prairie, which again she was very easy to work with. At drop off, again, very easy process with a friendly agent. I would say more local input would be beneficial. I don't think the 1-800 system could of helped in this situation at all.Terryl H.

Have availability at a closer location to where I requested through my reservation a month in advance. Had to drive an hour and a half to get the uhaul and did not receive financial assistance or reimbursement for additional gas and kilometres to pick it up.Xavier H.

This was my second trailer I picked up from this location. The first trailer I picked up had some brake issues due to malfunctioning equipment. Overall good experience. Road side was fast and accommodating. Road side took care of lining me up a new trailer and overall good experience.BRYAN M.

The unit was buried in the snow when he got there to pick it up, and they added the $100 insurance to the unit without notifying me. I called to inquire about it and the manager said your out of luck because the contact was signed and he has been doing this for 10 years and knows how the system works, worse service I ever hadJordan L.

Trailer had issues with lights, he insisted it was my truck that was the issue and promptly locked up and left without even trying to fix it, took my truck to Ford dealership to have it checked out and they said all was fine with the truck, the trailer was causing the fuse to blow on my truck, couldn't have to issue fixed because the store closedJoe H.
