Rose CThe truck we rented was clean inside the cab however the ramp to the box was caked in mud and had to be scrapped clean. The wheeler and blankets we ordered were not available at this location. The pick up experience was painfully slow with many repeats from the online order. There was also a random call placed to a contact other than my husband who was listed as the driver and myself which was very awkward for the recipient. Outside if this, we were very grateful to have a rental facility within our community. Wish they were better equipped to serve their customers.
