To use it for a couple hours 76 bucks is crazy I think I will never get a U-Haul again and I’ll tell everyone not to that’s crazy
Brian CThe App didn't work for pickup. The "help" person online was no help. The vehicle size was changed to the next larger one by UHAUL 1 day prior to my reservation which caused added expenses to my trip. Thank goodness for the owners at the High Prairie branch. UHAUL needs to fix the app to ensure it works properly at all times and locations and on all platforms. Better servicing is required for their vehicles. I will explore other options next time.
Jeffrey TWhat you guys should improve more is when someone books a U-Haul for a month in advance, you guys should prioritize does people instead of screwing someone over right before there move.
