Operator didn't know how much gas was in the truck, didn't know if it was clean. I prepaid and on the pickup date there was a mysterious charge of $46 extra that I had to pay before I could have the truck. Funny, it was the same amount he wanted to charge me the day before to pick it up early. Didn't want it early but still got charged. We'll see if I get that money back or if I use a different company when I complete my move in 3 weeks. Do you want my business again or not ? Refund my $46William R.

The person handleing the buisnesses for uhaul is completely incompetent. He charged the wrong card for the service after I told him that I was paying with a different card. He then tells me that he cannot fix it because he doesnt own uhaul...I will never use this service or cite again.BRANDON B.

I was so dissatisfied with the service received, I was first of all in pain from knee surgery and the location had me return to the truck and move it which i felt like they could have done, then i doubled check the gas hand which was on 7/8 of a tank, if the truck needed gas, seeing that the drop off location is a gas station, i would have put gas in it. They then charged my ceedit card 67.00 for gas. As mention i am very dissatisfied.Allyn H.

I had to choose this location after reserving a truck at a different one that wasn't even open. When I arrived at the new locations the rep didn't even know the precoces. I showed her that I had also requested a dolly and paid for one. She didn't know where they were at. I personally had to check every truck to see if there was one available. No none available at all. Person checking me out had no knowledge of what to do. He failed to provide me with a contract. He failed to tell me how much he was going to charge. He didn't have a working credit card reader so didn't process the charge while I was there but some 12 hours later. He truck did not have a full gas tank so I ended up putting 15 gallons in that I didn't need. He gave me the truck without any paper work to show I was legally driving it.Kennon W.

The location was a joke, the gas did not match what was on the contract. Never got contract, had to call uhaul customer service. That location was absolutely horrible over all experience. I am glad I will never have to go to that store ever again.Brian C.
Replace this shifty dealer with one who actually shows up on time to give out keys for reserved vehicles. And doesn't threaten to mark vehicle damaged if it isn't powerwashed on return (see multiple calls to Uhaul about this). Note also that Uhaul Corporate was "unable" to find another dealer to turn truck into, without $60 fees. All this made this move stressful: insult to injury after Hurricane Harvey flooded our former house. Will not use Uhaul ever again unless corporate apologies tendered for horrible service in our time of need.Miranda L.

Was handed the rental agreement for an auto transport and told "it's over there." I'm a 100% disabled vet and had to figure out how to move this thing where I could hook it up myself with it help. They are very heavy! No safety check or walk around by the attendant. The rear chain was useless. (No hook)michael B.

Went to a storage facility to rent a auto transport for the next day. The clerk was very helpful made a reservation for me about 20 mins away from my house because she didn't have anything at her location. Hour later received a phone call from Uhaul going over the details about the reservation and gave a different address for pickup. Next day I arrived at location with in my hour window and they didn't have my equipment I reserved. Basically I spent the whole morning driving around trying to get my equipment. Finally arrived at a gas station to pick up my equipment told the clerk I needed the equipment for the whole weekend. The clerk said ok and said he will only charge me 1 time. When I return a hour before I told the clerk... he told me I would be charged for the 2 days. Bottom line Uhaul needs to get there act together.JAY J.

This is a gas station. ..I ordered a 15' truck and an A/T once I arrive the guy told me that he doesn't have the A/T in Stock and I needed to find it somewhere else. While I was on the phone (30 minutes ) they told me to drive across town and pick it up. When I went back inside the guy left the store and had to wait for 1hr. Overall I was very disappointed in this whole experience. Plese call me if you want the whole story.James B.
