The location and personnel were very nice and very helpful. The truck did need a minor sweeping of the back and the low air pressure light was on for the tires and that is the only reason I listed a "no" for the equipment being clean and well maintained. I did the electronic check in and return. The check in was a challenge as the system did not provide a code for the padlock box. This is when I went inside and interacted with personnel at the Ice Box. They were very polite, professional, and helpful, leading to an above average rating and they would be close to excellent overall. The return process was seamless however, definite issues on the charges as my credit card has three different authorizations currently, with different amounts and timing on when posted. I did the return electronically and this was a long process. Am waiting to see what the final charges are when posted to my credit card to see if there is a need to dispute the activity.

Nicole PEnsure that the keys are in the correct place. Have the vehicles cleaned. We had a simple move empty boxes to the dump. If it were a home move, I would be hesitant of putting home items in the van. It had grass in the back and pet hair on the seats. Otherwise the clerk was helpful.

I wasn't given any instructions on how to pick up the keys, nor was I prompted through email or through any notifications on the app that I hadn't finished paperwork, even though I competed the check-in when I reserved the truck a week in advance... I was thirty minutes late picking up my keys because of this which is only slightly annoying, but it added unnecessary time to an already stressful moving day.

I brought 3 Dollies with me and Never Used theirs and was still charged. I even informed them during Reservation, I was charged for excessive mileage, I returned the truck the same day after a couple of hours and they charged me Exclusively. As Far As I Am concerned I am Paid In Full. I will tell all my friends and love ones about my experience.

Vuth BThis was not a positive experience. The location had a disconnected phone number and was not responsive when I arrived. Took over 45 minutes for them to figure out that they could rent a vehicle after them telling me in broken English multiple times to try calling customer service. They literally could not have been more unhelpful. Every time the individual finally started to help me, he would walk away to go make sandwiches for customers. When he was helping me, he was on the phone the entire time talking to other people or taking orders from the drive-through. Very difficult to communicate with them. Finally got in contact with the regional manager, Kyle. Kyle was outstanding and very helpful! Kyle was able to resolve all issues and literally two minutes. Recommend this location receives some attention from your company As they did not represent your company well, were a train wreck, and I was extremely unhappy and disappointed. I was on a bit of a timeline and ended up being significantly late because of their incompetency. Again, the regional manager, Kyle was outstanding very user-friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Kyle receive an Attaboy from your company.

Amged NI was overcharged for my rental. When we went to pick up the truck the guy asked for my phone to make it go faster. I was only supposed to be charged 29.99 I was charged over 60.00 plus other fees. Do not rent from this location. Now I am worried he stole my credit card information. Go to a certified U haul location not some gas station with a side gig for U haul. Will not use again from this location!!!!!!

JESSE MU-Haul smelt like weed and didn’t have the equipment that I paid for in it. I also asked the guy if we could turn it in around 1 instead of twelve and how much it would be and he said no charge. Of course I got charged an extra $67.

GUNTHER RIt was late at night, and I was there to drop it off via mobile and drop box. A gentleman came up to me and asked me for the key not telling me who he was. He just said, give me the key and go home and go to sleep. Obviously I said I’ll use the drop box. He said “ok if you can” and left. After I finished I went to the drop box and it was locked. The store closed which was connected to a gas station that closed and hour early. The next day I go in to drop off the key and it’s the man who asked for the key the night before. Had he told me he worked for uhaul and didn’t look like a bum I would have given him the key. Highly sketchy place. Very unprofessional.

Went to return my truck and they just wanted me to hand over the keys with no confirmation. I couldn’t do that. The young man called his father who then confirm. It was a terrible, stressful experience to say the least. I won’t be using U-Haul again. I have used them for years. Another lady was in tears trying to get her truck. Horrible experience.

When I put my driven miles into the app it tried to charge me for 179 miles . I’ll most likely never use uhaul for a box truck again but that’s just me personally .

When we left with the van, we realized they never confirmed how much gas was in the tank. When I returned it, it was all fine, but I wasn't sure if I was going to get docked for not having a full tank.

Joe PWhen picking up this vehicle the staff member informed me I needed to fill the front tires up with air and pointed me to a spot where I could pay and fill up the tires. This is something that should already be done when I first pick up the vehicle, if the staff member inside knew the tires were low they could have easily filled them. The return at this location was abysmal, I went inside to return the keys and check the car back in where there was another staff member working who basically refused to help me. He had no idea how the entire process worked and was not even able to tell me how to do the return online. Without a doubt the worst experience I’ve had with Uhaul! There are plenty of other locations in the area, do not get your truck here!

Jerry LDo not come this location. They will overcharge you. I rent a van driving for 39 miles no damage and no other services. This location charged me $121+ When I book it shows only $61. They provide question price email is invalid. Very poor experience.
Xiaonan GThe windshield was filthy so I tried to clean with window cleaner at a gas station because the window cleaning fluid in the truck was empty. The inside of the windshield was filthy too but I did not clean that. Also, I have not received a receipt. When I dropped off via the app it said I would receive a receipt in my email but I have not received one.

Grant BHere is an email I sent to U-haul in addition to this review: I have used U-haul exclusively for my rental needs through the years probably dealing with 15 or so U-Haul facilities always with a decent to great experience. This location should NOT be an authorized U-haul facility. First, upon pickup there was a young boy working the counter who handed the rental to his older sister who couldn't have been more than 18 years old. She knew how to do the basics but clearly was not interested in what she was doing. She was more interested in arguing with her brother over the shared Chromebook and checking text messages on her watch. I am guessing she added the safe move protection, because I did not sign up for it. I had to do most of the sign-in work myself and she was not clear with the instructions that she did give me. After 30 minutes, I finally got the key and had to do an inspection myself without her present. I returned the truck between 3:30 and 4:00 on 8/6. I tried to do the online return but the site was having issues with my location services. I followed the instructions to return the key to the keybox and the code was not working. I took the key inside and the daughter was there. She had her earbuds in and was again not interested in me. She said just to leave the key and they would get it checked in. They finally did this morning 8/7 and then charged me another day for the rental. I am not sure what your requirements are to be a U-haul site, but this was a poor experience. I am requesting a refund for the safe-move and extra day rental charge as neither should have been assessed.
