Frustrating experience with poor vehicle maintenance. The truck had zero working air conditioning the entire day, despite having an upgraded-looking radio. Additionally, it came with no loading ramp—something that was never mentioned at pickup and made moving heavy items far more difficult and unsafe. Unacceptable equipment quality and lack of basic transparency.

I’ve rented from this location several times and it is by far my least favorite experience every time. The employees don’t ever seem to know how to help with U-Haul rentals and they are not very friendly or courteous.

BRENT MDropped the U-Haul off on Saturday and it was not processed until the next day after 7 pm incurring an additional day charge. Called the UHaul help line....no help.
