I had an appointment for a 15 foot box truck. I was told to get there at 10am when the store opened. I arrived at 10am and waited until 11am for the employee to show up to work. I and 2 other customers waited outside the shop for over an hour. Once the young man showed up he didn’t even say hello or apologize for being so late. I would not recommend this location.

The truck was clean. The issue is the battery died three different times during my move. Once at my storage unit, one at my house and finally once at the gas station on my way to return the truck. The numorus times delayed the moving process and made me late in returning the truck by 5 minutes

Arrived for the truck at 6:55 on a time crunch. The app was malfunctioning and wasn’t allowing me to pick up the keys inside the box. I never got a courtesy call like I was supposed to the night before. I called customer service to b transferred 3 times. I didn’t end up getting the truck until 7:45.

Service was awesome! Can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was very professional and pleasant, great asset to the location! Only thing I didn’t like was the air conditioner was stuck on defrost setting, good thing it wasn’t a blistering day. Thank you for a great experience!

rented a 20'; all good except the left rear view mirror was not stable, previously broken and previously repaired with epoxy; as I was returning Uhal at 645 pm in the rain; I was deciding whether to pull straight into the parking area or into the adjacent parking area across 28th st....I was literally stopped for about 1 min; then decided to move into the lot across the street; as I made my right I missed a moped by inches BECAUSE my right rear view mirror had swung out of position not enabling me to see if any pedestrians or in this case a small moped was on my right; I feel as though this man would not have died as he was traveling 20 MPH (no helmet though) but I do feel your lack of attention to this important detail could have caused me great disruption in my life; not OK. This was my drop off location. The location was closed on a Sunday, yet there was a drop box for the key. I also received my final contract showing the reception of the truck the same night (Sunday night) - which really impressed me. I figured I would have to call on Monday to check if everything was ok. This was above and beyond for my expectations.

I used the 24/7 service, which seemed like it would be the quickest, but probably wasn’t. I set up my account prior to arriving, so I was expecting to be there for less than 5 minutes. I had to sit through an approval process, which should have been completed prior to me arriving there. This took 15 minutes of me staring at my phone. During this time, I tried to chat with an agent multiple times, but no one answered. Once I had the keys to the truck, we noticed the engine light was on. The truck seemed to be in good shape, but I wanted to alert someone about it. I called customer service who were very nice, and patched me over to roadside assistance. None of the menu options fit my needs, so I tried speaking to a rep. I sat on hold for 40 minutes. It was taking longer to speak with someone than to move my belongings. Since I would be putting on less than 10 miles on the truck, I didn’t feel like my call was worth it at this point. I just notified the employee at Iceburg, instead. Worst automated system I’ve been on to date. After 40 minutes it should have just had me leave a voicemail. Clearly no one can talk with me, so let me continue on with my day and call me back.

The temp agent had very misleading information regarding a 100 deposit that was not stated in my reservation or contract. Very misleading and not clear about "policies" when he tried to explain why I was being charged a 100 deposit fee

It took 3 tries to get the truck I reserved at a location. The first didn’t have one the next location was inconvenient and farther away. That truck had the check engine light on so I had to take it to a third location even farther away. This is a problem.

I booked trailer for 10 am, no one showed up to depot until 10,20 and although I had done paperwork online it still took another 20 mins of more paperwork until I was on the road, nearly an hour later than I planned. But that’s not whole story, had to do 2 trips to Bradenton cos first place over there refused to rent me trailer cos I was going to St. Petersburg, dreadful waste of time, thanx for nothing uhaul, very bad service

Establishment was not very welcoming. I reserved my truck online and since the establishment did not open until 10am, I was instructed to use the online pickup option to retrieve my truck at 9:30am. I followed the prompts once I arrived and the gps was not working because it said I was not in the correct location while standing at the entrance to the building. I then had to wait until the attendant at the establishment arrived to open the business to retrieve my truck because I was unable to get through on the phone to uhaul nor to the gentleman whose number was listed online when having trouble connecting. I was only able to get through to this gentleman once the attendant arrived. All of this after I waited approximately 45 minutes in the heat waiting to get ahold of someone to rent my truck that I had reserved. This ordeal set me back an hour or more in my moving time, which we all know is precious time, especially in the morning with the Florida heat. However, the attendant, Basil, at Iceburg Auto Customs was very kind and helpful and also was able to give me a discount on my rental for my inconvenience, so I thank him. Otherwise, this was an extremely poor experience and I would reconsider renting from uhaul again if this online service is continuously broken (which I understand it is..) and these establishments don't open until late morning, hence a late start.

I left my glasses in the truck my accident. I called and left a message that I would call again in the morning and come by to get them. The gentlemen call me back with in 5 mins and said he would meet me there to get them.. It was GREAT not having to go with out them all night... He went over and above to accommodate me!!!

Mr. Roberts provided immaculate service. The vehicle was exceptionally clean and ready to go at my scheduled appointment time. Completing the required paperwork and payment transaction was seamless. I would definitely recommend this location if with you want quick, high-quality, and courteous service!

I used this location only because my original pick-up place was cancelled last minute. I was offered no compensation by the CSR for my extra mileage and inconvenience. It turned out OK, because this agent was very pleasant to deal with and the equipment spotless.
