Arrived for the truck at 6:55 on a time crunch. The app was malfunctioning and wasn’t allowing me to pick up the keys inside the box. I never got a courtesy call like I was supposed to the night before. I called customer service to b transferred 3 times. I didn’t end up getting the truck until 7:45.

Service was awesome! Can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was very professional and pleasant, great asset to the location! Only thing I didn’t like was the air conditioner was stuck on defrost setting, good thing it wasn’t a blistering day. Thank you for a great experience!

rented a 20'; all good except the left rear view mirror was not stable, previously broken and previously repaired with epoxy; as I was returning Uhal at 645 pm in the rain; I was deciding whether to pull straight into the parking area or into the adjacent parking area across 28th st....I was literally stopped for about 1 min; then decided to move into the lot across the street; as I made my right I missed a moped by inches BECAUSE my right rear view mirror had swung out of position not enabling me to see if any pedestrians or in this case a small moped was on my right; I feel as though this man would not have died as he was traveling 20 MPH (no helmet though) but I do feel your lack of attention to this important detail could have caused me great disruption in my life; not OK. This was my drop off location. The location was closed on a Sunday, yet there was a drop box for the key. I also received my final contract showing the reception of the truck the same night (Sunday night) - which really impressed me. I figured I would have to call on Monday to check if everything was ok. This was above and beyond for my expectations.

I used the 24/7 service, which seemed like it would be the quickest, but probably wasn’t. I set up my account prior to arriving, so I was expecting to be there for less than 5 minutes. I had to sit through an approval process, which should have been completed prior to me arriving there. This took 15 minutes of me staring at my phone. During this time, I tried to chat with an agent multiple times, but no one answered. Once I had the keys to the truck, we noticed the engine light was on. The truck seemed to be in good shape, but I wanted to alert someone about it. I called customer service who were very nice, and patched me over to roadside assistance. None of the menu options fit my needs, so I tried speaking to a rep. I sat on hold for 40 minutes. It was taking longer to speak with someone than to move my belongings. Since I would be putting on less than 10 miles on the truck, I didn’t feel like my call was worth it at this point. I just notified the employee at Iceburg, instead. Worst automated system I’ve been on to date. After 40 minutes it should have just had me leave a voicemail. Clearly no one can talk with me, so let me continue on with my day and call me back.

Did not have a utility truck as ordered, did not have furniture pads as ordered, I’ve heard of no refund, truck reeked of cigarette smoke horribly! Horribly!
