I did not need to use the dolly, but had to remove it from the truck. I have my own dolly. Also, I returned the truck with more gas than what was in it when I picked it up, so that's a bogus charge for 3 gallons of gas. I expect to see the dolly and fuel charge removed or I will follow a formal complaint with U haul corporate. I've rented a lot of U-Hauls in the last 7 years, first time doing 24/7 truck share, won't ever do it again and will advise everyone I know never to do it because of these bogus charges, unless you remove them.
