Pick up and return moved through smoothly. I did not know this location was so close to me prior to this Rental. Now I have a new place that I will return to whenever I need to rent a truck.

They have a letter on the box that threatens you on where to park units. (Extra Fees) Says you have to disconnect units and park them and separate truck and trailer as a store that has Uhaul in Colorado we don’t do that! Thought is was rude

Location not secure. All equipment dropped off after hours is unsecured so easily attainable if a trailer. Wasn’t location I asked to pick up. Mgr Juan was a jerk. Very unprofessional. Location hours are late morning and when reservation is for 8 am; this location is not open until 10:30 am.

Apparently the location on my contract was to a location that had closed down. When I called U-Haul to explain that no one was there treated me like I was an idiot. He keep saying that the location I'm at isn't what on his computer. He stated that he would transfer me to the division that could help but I was transferred three more times. I spent a of 37 minutes on the phone line and 35 minutes of that was hold. Terrible experience.

What a great location to rent a U-haul. The truck was super clean and new. I loved the floor protectors because you know they care about the condition of their vehicles. Check out was super easy and nice. Check in was super easy as well. They were well stocked with moving items and everything was neat and organized. A super friendly and helpful U-haul dealer that I would definitely go back to. Thank you for a great service, location and friendliness. It made moving day more enjoyable and very helpful. Owner was not very friendly or nice at all! Rude and mean at times and not very accommodating. Joe at 66 th st north location were we reserved truck was outstanding. He was very informative, clean, organized and detailed!

Did not know that no one was at this location had to self check in and out was not much fun and making me park a 26ft truck in a small space when I was done wasn't much fun..The truck was battered all over with tons of X's where previous damaged had occurred. Price was good but overall experience was about 3 out of 5

We had a problem with the sign in to receive the key and customer service wasn't very friendly or helpful. But overall everything else was good.

The website is a complete piece of garbage,. It took over an hour and a dozen attempts to phone pick up the truck. Shop owner had no way of overriding phone pickup. Get rid of the website it is pure crap!

Fantastic experience. Equipment was available when processing same-day reservation, very clean and well maintained. Location was easy to find and readily accessible. Associate was friendly, thorough and very detailed. Would highly recommend for short term or long-term rentals.

Check in was tedious. I completed all of the information previously but needed verification at pickup. Took almost 30 minutes before I was able to leave with the truck.

Small location using 24/7 access to pick up and drop off vehicles. Once I got my app to function properly, it was pretty seamless. I have attempted to rent vehicles over the phone at this location in the past and had very poor success. But the 24/7 U-Haul app worked perfectly.

The owner, Basil was very kind and patient. I set up my reservation wrong online, he had to change the entire reservation and set me up the correct way. Upon returning the truck, I was completely shot by then. He was closed but still in the building, I dropped the keys in the box. Of course I didn’t read the directions and I needed the keys to get the mileage. Again Basil was so sweet and polite, he came out, took over and handled everything for me. I had definitely been his problem child for the month, he never showed it, he remained patient and respectful the entire time. Thank you Basil for a very good experience on what was a long and troublesome day for me. Cindy B

The truck had a huge leak in the ceiling, front left. It rained all day and so much of my things and boxes got soaked.

The ramp would not rollout fully. It caused me a lot of extra work using the handtruck. I would like a reduction in the priced charged. I rent often from U-Haul and I have never had this problem before.

everything was quite well done they're only a few things that need to be tweaked in the checking out process this was shared with the lady I had a conversation with who walked me through the last part of checking in. other than that everything was absolutely superlative

The self check in asked me for pictures of stupid things. AND YOUR SYSTEM TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR RETURNING THE TRUCK WITH 45 MILES LEFT ON THE GAS WHEN I PICKED IT UP AT 13 MILES…. 58 dollars over my dead body.. what you should do is refund me for the entire experience because every single person will know how awful my experience was and how terrible your customer service and truck rental process is. Both locations will get a review online as well.

The person that was working when I returned the truck seemed grumpy and at best rude. Check in was good. I’ve never had to verify anything I usually just give them my ID and it works but this time I had to provide an ALT contact. The system for that went decent and took about 3-7 mins. Hopefully I won’t have to do that ever again. At checkout as I was pulling in the truck I had my partner following me as I had some of my items in his truck bed and we get in the parking lot and the guy didn’t even say hello or good afternoon how’s it going he just went to asking about why are you parking there? Don’t clog up the lot. After that I was pretty on edge myself about how that went so I asked the guy for help with the return process and he explained to use the online system. I felt like this blew the service and that’s why I won’t recommend this location as the guy was very crass and not happy with life it seemed.

The manager was amazing. He helped me with the parking instructions and the drop off process. Given that it was my first time leading a unit. It was great and will repeat. Also he called me later to tell that my moms phone was left in the car so I could pick it up later anytime. Honest and kind service.

Nothing to improve on, it's all good now! I've rented from this location in the past. It is a great central location and the employee ( I want to say shop owner!) is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile, even with constant customer interruptions. He puts special care to make sure the trucks are clean and ready to roll without issues.
