I was charged a cleaning fee upon return to the location in Chesapeake VA for a truck that was already dirty with mud floors when I picked it up and I am trying dispute that now

-horrible customer service -didn’t acknowledge me, but my boyfriend -nobody was in store upon return for help -missing a dolly -called us back to cuss my friend and i out -absolutely disorganized and more of a hinderance than a help p

When we arrived the U-Haul rep was not onsite. The office was not tidy and the staff in the office were not able to assist us. We waited 20 min. to meet with the rep. He was cordial and professional.

The location was dirty and the driving area of the truck was not cleaned. I ordered a furniture dolly and they did not have one. Truck A/C stopped working after loaded and leaving for destination.

I dropped the equipment the same day and they're telling on Tuesday. That's a lie

it was a tire shop with 1 employee. Had to wait for him to finish a tire job to get the truck. The contract was not accurate. It stated it had a full tank the employee did not verify which it did not. I used the truck for 12 miles. Returned it to the place and they said I need to fill it back up or they charge double. I spent 31.69 in Gas, roughly 10 gallons) to use a truck 12 miles. Call customer service and because I do not have a picture there is nothing to be done. looks at the receipt common sense... I used it for 12 miles It's not about the $30 is just poor service by this provider and the customer service. You got me for the $30 but you won't get my business next time.
