The worker there was very clueless and not helpful after he messed up my pickup payment. He said he don't know what to do. So I was on call with customer service for 45 minutes trying to fix his mistake. After he had the nerve to be on the phone and help someone else and make me wait more. He makes uhaul look bad. Bad service.
