Truck was not clean, in side the cabin and the box. It was very clear the truck had not been cleaned for some time. Also, the requested furniture dolly was NOT provided, and slowed my move by at least 2 hours.

BRIAN ILuckily is was picking up the 4 X 8 small trailer, so the brake and turn lights could be seen on my pickup truck. The lights on the trailer did not work. We tried spraying the connections, changing pigtails, and blowing the connections dry, but NO lights.

Brent SThe worker there was very clueless and not helpful after he messed up my pickup payment. He said he don't know what to do. So I was on call with customer service for 45 minutes trying to fix his mistake. After he had the nerve to be on the phone and help someone else and make me wait more. He makes uhaul look bad. Bad service.
