Website said they were open until 530. They closed at 5. They were no help in correcting my bill because they were trying to close. I am being charged for things that I did not need/take. I rented a tow dolley not a truck. Should not of been charged for a two wheel and moving pads

Excellent service
BRYAN LI used the after hours pick up service and the lock did not work smoothly. It was dirty and the mechanism did not work easily with the correct code. I had to pry the lock open with a tool to make it work. I did not have to break it, it was just so dirty that it did not work easily. It just needed to be cleaned and lubricated and it would be fine.
MICHAEL RHated the pick up process, took too long while it was cold. Locks was stuck would not work despite code being put in absolutely hated. It will not be renting a U-Haul from this place absolutely horrible and the people here should really rethink the U-Haul business.

Christopher TThe key was not in the box. I had to wait on the phone for over an hour to figure out how to proceed. I also ordered a dolley, but since I had to use a different truck, it was not included but I was still charged for it. I was also late for my move in time because it took an hour to get a vehicle.
Jordan WThey couldn’t or wouldn’t help me check in and seemed annoyed that I didn’t know what was never explained to me—that I had to download an app which wasn’t helpful in the check in process either. Nightmare.

David OMy pickup was at 930am I get there the lights didn't work I was told to come back around 3pm to get it, got there took it home and noticed the leaf spring was broken. I had to drive further from my location to pickup another one I wasn't able to get my stuff loaded until 8pm... Just ridiculous. Uhaul should send people out to check some of these location that they're using.
Leon CThe guys that helped me were amazing. Truck was snowed in, they got it out. Clasp in the back was frozen, they thawed it. Overhead door was frozen shut, they got it open. Only glitch in the process was my reservation not showing up in the computer at first.
