Tony GI have yet to be refunded for a dozen blankets that were not supplied. The Grand Rapids location would not address the refund. As of now, , “Jack” from the Illinois Fleet has not called back to resolve the refund. In addition, the auto transport required repairs which delayed trip.
James CYou changed my pickup location twice moving me further away from my home (40 miles away to be precise). Second location change was as I was already almost at the prior location the same day of pickup.
