The app had set my pick up time back by 40 mins. I was late to my event because it wouldn’t upload my ID! it was extremely frustrating. I hope this gets settled soon

Darrell DThe location was fine, check in was smooth, the van worked fine and the cab was very clean. The back of the van was dusty, just needed a quick sweep. However, the real issue was that the mileage/gas reading was inaccurate. I refilled the gas according to the suggestions based on the reported gas consumption per mile, but the dial did not reflect this and I was charged a hefty fee despite having replenished the gas.

Keith SThe drop location was closed on Saturday and Sunday. We left the keys in the lock box. There was no exact area to park the u-haul so we pulled it onto the driveway. We took all the required pictures and all blankets were neat and folded. I did call and speak to Christen to complain that I should have been credited for all the extra mileage, but he could care less. Improve your customer service, treat people with the truth, don't jerk them around and lie about a pickup. There is nothing wrong with a one way rental. Why do you make the customer be even more stressed when moving can be stressful.
Kathi SWas redirected here from my preferred pickup. Was not informed of how the pickup process worked. Office was closed on a Saturday, leaving me calling the 1-800 number in the cold in the early morning. Trucks were parked too close to the building to take proper photos of the truck before leaving the area (lot was too small to reposition the truck). The lock I was instructed to open to get my keys was so hard to disengage once the code was set, I would imagine any smaller or less-abled person would be incapable of unlocking it. The only upside was that the furniture pads I requested were ready to go (did not count quantity, only ended up using one). In the future, park the trucks far enough away from the wall to allow customers to see the license plate, maintain and replace or repair your key box locks, and put up more clear signage on how your contactless pickup works if you allow customers to pickup on non-office days (the location I originally requested had office hours during my pickup time).

SHERRI LThe uhaul dispatcher said that this location was open and staffed on Sunday. We specifically chose it because we did not want to use online chick in. But this location is closed on Sundays. Our reservation was not set up for mobile check in and then it took 35min to check out the van. Very disappointing start to the day. The van itself was perfectly fine and ready for use. Just a disappointing check out process.

Telayna HThis is my second move with uhaul within 30 days. I had to do a second move because the first one uhaul didn’t provide a the size truck in reservation. My movers were also late. Second move, truck pick up was difficult due to the app glitching. It was hard to get in contact with someone. Also my movers NEVER showed up I had to move everything myself. I probably will never rent with uhaul again. You guys basically cost me an extra 300 dollars because the first move didn’t go as planned.

This is the first time that I picked up a vehicle from a business that was closed and I will never do it again. The process took nearly an hour and I was only able to complete it due to the patience and professionalism of the customer service person who guided me through the process.

Whitney VI was very difficult checking in through the app versus the website. The app wasn't able to detect my location. After literally 30 minutes of walking around thinking it was the reception, I went through the website and was done checking in within several minutes.
EDWARD DI rented at a location in San Francisco and was required to drive 30 miles away in traffic to get the truck and then 30 miles back. The truck should have been at my rental location.

James MThere was next to no gas in the vehicle. It showed nearly a quarter tank but as soon as I started driving, it dropped to the E. I didn't have a feel for the gas mileage so I ended up putting way more gas than necessary. About 50 bucks worth. It also bothers me that the previous renter probably got charged for not putting gas in it and then you didn't put any gas in it.

RAMON ABetter website setup/reservation. I wasn't able to find my reservation online when I got to the pick up location and I had to call U-haul and spent half an hour to resolve it. Other than that the process was convenient and customer service was helpful both when I picked up the truck & returned it. There was an issue too when I returned it because it didn't register in their system when I returned it and I got an email for a 'late return' equipment. But, that one was resolved too thanks to the customer service specifically Mr. Rayburn. I would recommend U-haul and would use them again in the future if needed😊
Renato BI had zero trouble with this location. The team is very organized. The equipment are new and they are on-time. They won a customer buy doing the basics of serving what they sold. I'll do business with the Mission Road, Colma location again.
