Was told to drop off vehicle on a Sunday without anyone present, drop the key in the box and no further advise to complete check out on the App to verify the date and time of drop off. End up being charged an extra day of rental since they opened back on Monday to realize the vehicle was parked on driveway. Definitely unhappy with the short directions and being charged an extra day.

Better instructions for picking up
NADIM FSurly auto body repair assholes at this drop off site. I don't think there's any help at all. The best part is I didn't need their help. Overall, the affiliate 24/7 business model is flawed. Trucks parked in completely random locations with no help available may help U-Haul save money, but it is a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
CHRISTOPHER FThe vehicle was disgustingly dirty!!!!! The cup holder was filthy and had hair in it. The front window was filthy so much so that I couldnt see out. And the gas tank was only 1/4 full. I had asked the represenetative if the car had gas and he said its full and was not. I immediately found a gas station to fill the tank and to clean ALL the mirrors and windows. Also, the passenger small mirror was missing so switching lanes was nerve wrecking!! I expected more from Uhaul. Quite disappointed considering how much I paid for the vehicle.
Angella BThey changed my original pickup location without letting me know ahead of time. Had to call someone to pick me up and drive me 15 mins away after the original location figured it out. We had movers waiting on us. The new pickup location they sent us to was closed so I had to call them and explain what happened. The new pickup location did not explain anything about the process of picking up just gave me the code for the key. Since the new pickup location was closed they were unable to give me a dolly so I had to drive back to the original location and wait in line again just to get a dolly. The original location recognized me and asked me what I needed. Knowing this, they should have taken me in front of the line instead of making me wait again. Overall bad customer service. Bad organization and planning in their part. Do not recommend u-haul.
