They charged me for the wrong dropoff. I told them beforehand the dropoff location was wrong. I was supposed to dropoff same location. They assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. A week later I get a call in the middle of a funeral that a truck wasn't returned and then proceeded to get charged. Unprofessional and now I need to waste time fighting this charge

Repair vehicle gas cap landyard. Dashboard yellow indicator light message, "tighten gas cap". Had to find safe place to pull over. Gas cap was one click tightened but when I stopped to gas up the cap was not connected to the landyard and fell to the ground. Otherwise vehicle had great engine power and automatic shift did not jerk the load around. Side view mirrors were set perfectly.
