All was good except for when you call U-Haul the routing never goes to the right place ..if you want SK you get BC or wrong dept

Make sure equipment is clean and ready to be used. Reservation was made in the app July 16. Original pick up location was changed, and then even worse the same location wasn't even open and did not have the trailer in stock to be picked up. Had to drive 80km to Indian head for a measly 50% off rental price.
