The employee did not know how to work the computer. I did fast check in and it took him an hour to get me the rental and then 50 min this morning to return it . It was terrible service !!

They had no idea we were dropping off and told us they were full. We left it there anyway. Not a good experience, again

andie cThe trailer was buried in snow. The inside of the trailer was full of snow. The attendant was pissed off and throwing the shovel around. Spent an extra 3/4 of an hour waiting to get the trailer. This is the second time iv rented at this location. It’ll be the last. Both times was a hassle. In the workers defense I get it. It sucks to be the one to have to do the shovelling. But I as a consumer don’t need to see it.
