No one was there to go over the vehicle with you. When i called to talk they were extremely rude and not professional at all

I was forced to drive to two locations to get the equipment rented. Then was denied my quoted price with the discount for purchasing the two rentals AND had the mileage counted against me when forced to pickup separately. Took 2 hours to rent these two pieces. And then it costing more. I don’t think I’ll go back to U-Haul.
