The u box is a problem especially when it is frozen and the documentation takes too long—I was to pick vehicle up at 7 AM but it took 1.5 hours to get the documentation completed and to get the box opened. I’m not sure why this has to be done this way but there has to be a better solution to renting a truck. At least the documentation should be done before going to pick up the truck that’s a very timely process especially when it’s very cold outside. The instructions are not clear as to what to do and the site doesn’t respond after completing documentation so I started over four times just to get to the same place. It’s an overly lengthy process and should be revised immediately. Another question is how do people that aren’t computer savvy rent a truck. I do not look forward to having to rent a truck again that’s for certain. I like the rep at this location but I do not like this process at the location and will more than likely not do this again if at all possible

Jerry HI was late getting to my pickup and I always say God has a sense of humor. I'm so glad I was late. I arrived just before Mrs. Taylor opened for the day. When she got there it was like it was meant to be. She was so sweet and helpful, I'm so glad that I got to meet the person behind the service. The Uhaul was in great condition. It smelled amazing and was super clean!!!! Which for me was great because I already planned to sweep it out and maybe have to place blankets down before I placed my stuff in it for my daughter's party. But because of Mrs. Taylor there was absolutely no need to do any of that!!! I definitely recommend this location and loved working with Mrs. Taylor!

JUSTIN CThis location stepped up and help me when the rest of the process went horribly. Lashuana and her manager stepped up and made sure I was able to get the trailer I needed. Prior to this my experience was horrible, my rental was moved day of after I had driven 800 miles. Once moved, it was a 2 hour round trip detour to get to this location.
