Lashauna Taylor was great! Very helpful and friendly. We could have used a jack for the 6'x12' enclosed trailer. It was too heavy to pick up.
ROSALIE BI had one major problem with the rental. The 6' x 12' trailer leaked during a rain storm and wet my furniture. This is inexcusable and the trailers should be checked out for any leaks. It was evident the the front two top corners had been caulked several times, so U-Haul was aware of this problem and it was not fixed. I was not happy with the trailer. Mrs. Taylor was a pleasure to deal with.
