The pick-up experience was terrible: we had to use an outside kiosk in the cold, and it took about 20 minutes. Very clumsy way to get the keys and get going. The operator of the location was friendly and as helpful as he could be, but he basically said to use the kiosk. Note to others: arrive with the U-Haul App already downloaded on your phone and make sure it is fully charged. Regarding the truck: the cab was not clean (lots of trash under the seats), the windshield wiper fluid was empty and it was snowing and raining during our drive so we had to stop to fill it.. Finally, the side mirror swung sideways (loose) during our drive on the interstate and we had to stop to repair it. Not well maintained.

I specifically requested a "staffed" Uhaul location because the app consistently malfunctions. the Devon location in Falmouth was unstaffed for at least 1/2 hour before I was able to get assistance. While I waited for a human to appear, the app [once again] malfunctioned and would not complete the rental. Dissatisfied with the whole engagement.

We arrived and the person who worked there was very busy. He told us to check-in through the app and did inspect the van before we left. I wish that the app was recommended when we made the reservation. It was known that we were returning the van after hours and it was required for this. The drop off app procedure was tedious. The van itself was okay but drove a bit rough. The was a sock in the van when we received it - kind of gross. However, the price was right and we were able to get the job done. TY.

No one was there. I used the app for drop off. The app is pretty slow to upload all the required photos.

They had no accessory equipment like pads. But the staff themselves were excellent and very helpful.
