The truck did not drive straight and had a bad vibration when driving. The back door did not want to open and the truck had excessive amount of damage when we picked it up

Nicholas WI asked for a 5 day return and i was given a 3 day with no receipt from a guy in a gun store who seemed very out of it and not wanting to be there. Instead of calling me on sunday to see where their trailer is at they wait til tuesday afternoon. Lady said everything was ok, I returned the trailer and then they took 89 dollars from my bank account. Literally the lady in ohio said it was ok and no problems but I guess that means late fees. She didn't bother to tell me at all, probably too scared to get into a conflict. Never deal with these two spots again.

robert nI didn’t receive any of the add ons I purchased and got a $76 charge! Ripped me off. Terrible customer service and not enough lighting at the location - I felt unsafe getting the U-Haul that night. I would not recommend this location!
Kaytlynn BGet accurate fuel and mile readings on your vehicles. Trucks are parked at an angle to falsify fuel levels and I was charged almost 40 miles extra @ $0.99/mi. I have google maps evidence of my travel INCLUDING my drive in my personal vehicle to the pick up location. I will not be renting from this facility again.

GREGORY hPickup and drop off was quick and easy. Equipment was in good condition and ran well.
William SPlace is run down not appealing to the eye at all. Ghetto. Our van was filthy. Doesn't look like the inside of the windshield has been clean in a long time. Seats felt gross. Van stunk. We took it home and cleaned the inside of it and filled it with air freshners. Had to call roadside service at our home at 11:00 pm that night because the back driver tire was leaking air.

Mary HThe vehicle I was leased was filthy in both the cab and cargo area. The exhaust system leaked and was very loud. Had I not needed the vehicle in this day I would have refused this vehicle. The location was unprofessional and just as filthy as the truck. There was no one there when I arrived for my rental, despite being there during published business hours. There was no one present when I returned the vehicle, despite being during published business hours. I was charged for an additional day stating the vehicle was returned at 9am the next day, when it was returned the previous day to a closed business location. Clearly the location simply logged the vehicle returned the next morning because they chose to ave early the day before. I will never rent from this location again. And will reevaluate my use of uhaul based on this experience.

Len RThe parking lot is horrible. U-Haul itself failed to tell me that a 10' truck doesn't have a ramp. The rental place park their trucks super close together my friend couldn't get the truck out and then it wouldn't start. Maybe invest in some newer U-Hauls or fix the ones you have.

efrain fWhen a customer asked for a smaller truck it should be given. I did not need a 26 footer when I just wanted a 15 footer. Also I don't like that the lady said 9:30 in the morn because there was someone coming to get it at 10 am the next day But then put on the paper work 8:30. That's not what she said. Other then that no issues with the truck.
