Heather HTook forever for you hard to explain how the app works. I was sitting there for hours while the store is still open but had to wait for the store was fine and close and I had to still wait hours then I couldn’t get into the lock because it was frozen, and I could barely see the letters.

SEAN MThe experience was sub-par. The pickup place took 30 minutes to grant me access to the vehicle, smelled like cigarettes and the vehicle had a right rear tire that was low on air. I returned the vehicle with more gas than I started with, and still got charged $25 for gas. There's got to be a better way.
KYLE RAlthough the location was a bit out of my way, by about 20 minutes (!), it was easy to get to and the gentleman there was very friendly and efficient.

JORGE MMy biggest issue is with the uhual’s website and application. The self check in process took a long time and did not work well. Fortunately the location was open for the owner to process my truck. The application crashed when I was completing the return process too. So I don’t know that it processed correctly and I could not reprocess it. Overall I would choose Home Depot’s trucks if they’d had what I was looking for.
Brandon REverything was as expected except my phone (android) wouldn't connect to the dashboard for some reason, luckily my daughter's phone (i-phone) worked.
Bryan MThe drop off location was confused on why I was dropping the vehicle off there when my contract specifically said to drop it off there working said he was busy and not check the truck in. He said he would contact me if there are any issues and send me the paperwork and grabbed the keys. I didn’t hear anything for a month when U-Haul contacted me by email stating they’re missing the equipment. The drop off location finally emailed me with my return documents, but the dates and mileage were wrong. I dropped the truck off at 3 PM on the sixth. The paperwork showed I didn’t drop it off until almost 10 AM the next morning with extra mileage. Luckily, I took a ton of photos when I picked up the vehicle and dropped it off in case they tried to stick me with an extra bill. The drop off was small, unkept, and looked like a college riot just ended. If I do use uhaul in the future, I will never go back to this location.

Joshua BThe location was easy to access and convenient to the start point of this move. The key box was easy to spot and open, even in the driving rain. I chose Truck Share 24/7, so I did not interact with any personnel at this location, which was closed at the time of pickup. The truck itself requires service as the alignment is horribly off to the left and the interior light does not turn off while the truck is running.

Michael PUnprepared for rentals. Mechanic that was on site did not know how to rent the auto hailer and told me I would have to go somewhere else because he didn’t know how to rent the trailer. The individual who did know how, finally showed up and tried to tell me I was lucky he was close by because he was at a local function.
Elizabeth KI still haven’t received the final bill email which was promised within 5-10 min of return. The return was 10:30 am yesterday so more than 21 hours. The on-site office rep seemed more bothered than anything when dealing with Uhaul business. He was very abrupt and not at all personable.

Kyiera JYour truck left us sit. Had to have a neighbor who’s a mechanic come over to help us jump it since when we called uhaul to tell them what happened, the guy who answered was an a@@hole to us. When the mechanic came over (our neighbor) said the battery was junk and was also jumped prior (terminals covers were shredded) Than you don’t wanna take responsibility for it. I will never rent another uhaul again and I will make sure it’s all over social media to go rent a truck from Home Depot instead!! At least they maintain their vehicles and won’t leave anyone sit. You suck
Amy SI was charge for the appliance trolly even when it wasn't available. The person that was in the business said it was rented to someone else but not to worry that we were not gonna be charge for it. Not worth the headache however on calling to claim it just dissapointed and will go to a different location next time.

David KThis review does not relate to the location but the vehicle...rear wheel vehicles does not provide traction in wet or bad weather, and Uhaul should not charge anyone to provide roadside assistance...my experience with this truck and services were horrible and assistance was lacking...I wish there were competitors as I would try their services going forward

David BThis location was not the one we had specified in our reservation. It was out of our way and added significant time to our already tight trip. A representative never called us the day before to confirm/discuss our reservation. We had specifically chosen a location when we reserved the truck that would be open because we did not want to use the mobile pick up process. In this case, we weren't given a choice. The mobile pick up process was too complicated and this added even more time to our overall trip. We had gone through the account creation steps the day prior, so we weren't sure why we had to take photos of drivers licenses again. It said several times that the photos were not clear, but we were limited trying to take them in our vehicle in the parking lot. At one point we tried to chat with an agent, but they didn't respond for quite a while. We also were not aware that there was a verification process. That part of the app was broken. It said that the alternate contact we had entered was on the reservation, but they weren't, and it wouldn't let us change it to a different contact until we backed out of the entire process and started over. The process on the drop off end was a bit better, but was still cumbersome having to take so many photos of the vehicle. The idea of mobile pick up and drop off is good, but the process and app need to be improved.

SAM WWe wanted an early morning pick-up, by the time we got to the location listed in the app, the truck size we wanted was not there, and was not expected there for several more hours. We could have picked up the correct size truck from our local place, which actually had the correct size, had we known that. It would have been more mileage, but we would have had the more appropriate-sized truck. Perhaps more options listed on your app, like “expand pick-up region”, or “select time desired for pick-up”.
