Check the vehicle to be sure the gas tank was filled by the previous customer. We drove 17 miles total and filled the tank before returning it. The cost of the gas $11.90 ($4.059 per gallon and it took 2.931 gallons). We rented the same van on April 27, 2026 and drove it a total of 18 miles. The cost to refuel before returning was $0.61 @ $4.299 a gallon for 0.142 gallons. WE PAID FOR THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMER'S USE! THAT'S $11.29 MORE THAN APRIL! The contract # in April was 25672601.

I had multiple issues with the Uhaul app. Not sure if it is an app issue, but it took several attempts to permit the location and the pick up to proceed
DAMON GIf i were you I would make sure you take a picture of the miles on the day you get it and as soon as you drop it off because they let someone else drive it ànd put all the miles that person put on it on me and I have a picture to prove it and am in the process of taking them to court and U haul as well so watch out they think customers are just nothing but a bunch of idiots and just want to throw extra charges on you because they didn't have a customer to charge for the miles that one of their employees put on it and used it for personal use and they had to explain the miles they put on it and thought I wouldn't have proof of the miles when I dropped it off but guess what I have a video and a picture and that is all you need to make sure you are not another one of their many victims
