JOSE ROn a one-way move from Los Angeles to Rialto the truck was fine. The one-way dolly that I rented had bad wheels which cost me time and money cause I dropped the refrigerator maybe if the equipment one way or local is in the same condition this wouldn’t have happened.

JOHN JGate was closed when we arrived. Location requires a huge deposit to get the vehicle (~$130 for a 9’ van). Also, the staff mentioned they would charge for an extra day if you went over your same-day reservation window (e.g., 4 hrs), which hasn’t been the case at any other Uhaul location I’ve been to. Otherwise, staff was nice and parking was easy.

RICARDO GThis location was a referral because the location at which I had an appointment did not show up for work. The area surround the location was one of the filthest places I ever been. What percentage of U-Haul's profits are being put back into the surrounding community to help improve things? The homeeless problem is not going to fix itself.

LISET RReserved a 26ft truck for 08/31 for 24 hours. When I came, they told me that since 09/01 is a holiday and they are closed, I have to return it on the same day by 7pm or pay for two days and return it on 09/02. I asked to drop off the keys in the box on 09/01 for a self-return, but they said they had no box. I had to spend a lot of time arguing with them and calling the main number and leaving a complaint instead of getting the truck on time. Eventually, when I came on 09/02 to return it, they said that the main office contacted them and they will charge me only for one day.

ADAN AThe attendant was a little unfriendly, he got upset because we showed up a little early, when the lady where we made the reservation told us that she told him we were showing up early, he was very pushy, and the place smelled like dirt and marihuana.

SANG LThe uhaul smelled like dog shit and the uhaul agent gave me that truck on purpose and didn't even tell me which I think was really foul of him I was not offered any compensation had to ask for compensation and then was only offered $19.95 I think I deserve a full refund the truck was disgusting and he did that on purpose when I could have been offered a different truck I was a full refund I was treated very shady
STEVE RThis was one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I booked them clearly for 4 hours from 8:45 PM to around 12 AM, but when I arrived, the guy acted like he had no idea and flat-out refused to accept a night return. He forced me to keep the vehicle for an extra day, even though that’s not what I booked. There was no parking available, and when I asked if I could just leave the truck for 20 minutes, he coldly said it’s "at your own risk"—zero responsibility or customer service. I had already entered my credit card online, but he rudely demanded a physical card, so I had to drive all the way home and come back again, wasting even more time. The staff was rude, careless, and unprofessional. And the vehicle? Absolutely disgusting—dirty, in horrible condition, barely drivable, and totally unsafe. I didn’t even load a single thing into it because it was that bad. I returned it first thing the next morning. Avoid this place unless you want stress, attitude, and a vehicle that looks like it just came from a junkyard.
SHUJATH MPicking up the van was great and fast. Dropping off at around 6:45pm though. Office was locked, people waiting outside. A person who said he was a worker collected keys from people dropping off vehicles, no uniform or anything on to show he was. Thankfully it was an employee I had to call the next day to make sure van I dropped off was ok. Finally received bill after having to call the 800 customer service number because the office was not answering.

JOSE LDrop off location was on the street in a dirty location next to a homeless encampment under a freeway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Drop off was quick and easy. However, the drop off location provided to me by pick up location did not exist Marinas Building Materials on 2325 Main and they did not answer phone. Found another location on U-Haul app on 7th street but that too was non existent. Finally found this drop off on third attempt..
FRED MThey had newer vehicles, but didn’t want to lease it out on two occasions. I think they were playing favoritism. First come first serve. Last time I checked this is America not a third world country. But they were polite. The other vehicle was cleaner and nicer. Even though I reserved few weeks ahead of time.
