JESUS PBeyond impressed by the customer service & ease of the whole process. Life has thrown some stressful curveballs at me this week. Moving to a new apartment in the middle of that isn’t ideal but was necessary. The guys at this location go above and beyond to make things as quick and simple for customers. They are upfront about costs (I’ve had other locations try to sneak in extra charges), keep the vans and equipment in impressively clean condition, and treat customers like people. I appreciated them so much this week & highly recommend them. The location around it may seem sketchy but I had no issues. The business also has cameras inside that keep an eye on what goes on around the building, and I would’ve felt comfortable leaving my Mercedes there if I didn’t have my friend with me to drive my car back.

CARLOS JThis location is in a scary area of Los Angeles, my daughter and I were a bit frightened just driving through and then had to park and try to figure out where the office was located (not much of a sign) Parking was difficult while pulling a trailer, luckily a spot on the street opened up. I'm puzzled why we had to return the trailer to this location, whereas we had just been at a UHaul storage facility (Baldwin Hills) where it appeared that trucks and trailers were also housed. It would have been much more convenient and safe feeling for us as well.

PETER SCommunication was terrible, I could not get my trailer on time, and it messed up my trip. I have to pay my storage unit because of them terrible experience.
ARTHUR DThis facility & management is so impressive!! I use them often, probably 20 times a year. The customer service is excellent!!! They have a great selection, all sizes of vehicles I give them 12 out of 10 stars.
ABDIAS AEverything about the experience was great! The guys were awesome both at pickup & at drop off. The vans I rented were great (ICE COLD a/c ok??), and was exactly what we needed to move.
KATHLEEN WI was not very familiar with how to use or connect a trailer, the staff were incredibly helpful and connecting and disconnecting, they went out of the way to make sure I had a good experience. Thank you.

JOSIEN OThe attendant (manager?) who helped was in a rush to get customers out of his office. My partner and I barely got to ask any questions. At one point I asked how much would the extra charge be if I arrived 30 minutes late to which he replied, “oh we’ll charge you an extra day if you don’t get here on time.” The guy was rude. Will not come back here again.

Francisco GThe little man that was handing out the truck was very rude. He did not put the dolly inside of the truck when I asked him about the dolly being inside the equipment. He said it wasn’t his job to put the dolly in the truck. It was my job and if I had a problem with it I needed to call the manager. I showed him the language on the contract that says open equipment to see if the dollies were in the back he still said no and was very rude about it.

RAYMUNDO MThe truck was dirty, and they even took away the dolly, even though I had booked it two weeks in advance for the pickup. They claimed that we weren’t giving the dolly for a one-way trip.

Jonatan DAre you kidding me? This was the third location we had to go to and the only competent person. Uhaul management really needs to look up the definition of the word "reservation." A reservation I had booked a week before. We spent over $100 on ubers before we finally got our truck. ... Which was the wrong truck.
DUKE FEverything went perfect this time. Simply double check the final bill and contact the customer before you charge someone's card.

KYONG LHORRIBLE LOCATION WASNT SAFE AND THE WORKERS WERE OUTSIDE SMOKING Marijuana in a group! I couldn’t even get out of my truck to clean the truck because I was so frightened and I had to call my husband to come pick me up from this location
MARIE BThe boy who was working was rude, disrespectful and extremely cruel. I arrived at 850pm and he insisted I left the premises because his boss said to close early. He yelled and was disrespectful until My son arrived and he changed his attitude. I expect a U-Haul response and compensation for this situation
GABRIELA OThe representative who checked me out was beyond unprofessional and rude. They charged me a deposit fee of $89, which was not disclosed to me beforehand. After asking him about it, he was condescending, rude, and had a nasty attitude. His name started with an A, Adolpho or something. Such a poor, poor experience and embarrassing example for the company.

SCOTT SI was very disappointed that I ordered a truck, two dollys, and two dozen furniture pads but when I went to pick them up to start my move I was told the dolly and pads were not available and I would have to go to another location to pick those up. They made it sound so easy, yet when I got to the new location it was nothing but a headache. The store I went to (17207) was unsure how to process just the dollys and pads. I then called corporate and they were able to complete the order for the store but the manager (Maria Cash) than told me I can not have the dollys and pads for a one way delivery. I had to call corporate again and they contacted the store manager and argued with the manager. I was at this location for an hour and it was a huge headache. Very unprofessional and inconvenience to my move when it is already a stressful situation.

TEHANA WI would've given this location an excellent rating. However, I was charged $9.85 for 2L of gas when I returned the Uhaul with more gas than when I picked it up. When I called to resolve the issue, the gentleman tried to convince me that I did in fact return the Uhaul with less gas than when I picked it up. He offered to send pictures of the mileage, (which he did) and was LOUD and DEAD WRONG. The pictures were proof that there was more gas in the Uhaul at return. There was no apology, just a flat "you're absolutely right, let me go ahead and update that for you". Stop attempting to get over on people. Karma is real with no expiration date. DO BETTER!
JANINE GThe guy was very rude since the beginning. He over charged me cause I was late 30 min. He was telling me he needed it back because that specific van was already rented to someone when I still had it in my possession. He was rushing me and telling me I needed to bring it back. The guy was also smoking on the job when I went back . Very unprofessional.

ELIZABETH OThe main reason is probably not the location I reserved a U-haul 17ft couple weeks in advance just to get there the day I needed and the size needed was not there, didn’t received discount for rhe inconvenience and The Truck I was about to take had a major issue under the engine, but I caught the problem myself and was able to switch truck overall bad experience
Rafael PThe indivual who rented me the truck charged me 46.00 when I picked up the truck then charged me 51.00 when I dropped it off. The truck had garbage in the cab and it no gas in it. I barely made it to the gas station.
OSCAR HOnly concern was the low tire pressure, employees were helpful and worked in a timely manner
