Drop off location was on the street in a dirty location next to a homeless encampment under a freeway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Drop off was quick and easy. However, the drop off location provided to me by pick up location did not exist Marinas Building Materials on 2325 Main and they did not answer phone. Found another location on U-Haul app on 7th street but that too was non existent. Finally found this drop off on third attempt..
FRED MThey had newer vehicles, but didn’t want to lease it out on two occasions. I think they were playing favoritism. First come first serve. Last time I checked this is America not a third world country. But they were polite. The other vehicle was cleaner and nicer. Even though I reserved few weeks ahead of time.
