The original location I booked at was not open during my scheduled pickup time. I attempted calling, texting and emailing with no response. I had to pay for an uber to the other side of town to a new location. Then when I tried to return my rental, the new location was locked down by police and I was unable to return the vehicle. I had to again drive to a new location and again order a second uber to get home. Wasted hours of time and money on this

Leonel SI forget the lock on the back of my trailer, had to turn around and drive 15 mins to remove the lock, need to check trailer when I drop off. Guy was really nice about it and didn't cut off my lock and charge me $20 dollars.
