Tammy STruck bed flooring was dangerous. A panel in the floor collapsed on me and hurt my ankle. I had to tape some wood floor panels Over the hole.
Blair Wthe uhaul had less gas in it than noted on the contract. the uhaul was filthy and not cleaned. Dirt all over the seats, dash and cupholder area.

William CWindshield was really dirty, the truck probably had never been washed in its life. Ran well though, and did the job. Hate to see a truck with 11k miles on the dash be that grubby.
JOSHUA MEverything was great with the exception of the fact that the trailer lacked proper maintenance. The rackets to tighten the securing straps were difficult to operate and the trailer was missing the safety chains.

Inside sand was all over floor and the bay was full of debris. We had to clear some of the debris out the back at Home Depot before loading two doors. Again, she was great. Frank RNot much can be done at this location. I've always returned there. I've never picked up from there so I can not speak on that. Return was simple and easy. It was all done by phone and you put the keys in a drop box. It's a large empty lot and you have plenty of room to park.

Tammy SWe rented 2-26 foot trailers and four 6 x 12 pull behind cost over $10,000 yes, I realize we went over our time returning the truck and trailer but you would think there would be some kind of lead way for the money that we spent. I also rented a storage unit in Springfield, Missouri and only used it for one week but was charged for a whole month plus hubby had to have the lock cut off. Because he lost the keys, his fault but that was another $237. I believe and feel like Uhaul is no longer in it for helping customer assistance. I feel like they have became over ending in Price plus we had to have a tire changed at our hotel, that took over four hours( of our time waiting) for them to get there and change it and turned out. It was two tires thank goodness the other guy brought another tire. I don’t understand why your service techs are so far away. The manager in Ga was very pissy and had a bad day and took it out on us. Steven was the one we spoke with and said it was no problem to bring the trucks back and he would take care of it. Instead was charged another $175.
Tammy SThe trailers need to be on some kind of jack stand. The tongues are on the ground and it's hard for people that have issues with lifting heavy items to get them hooked up to a vehicle.

Michaela BI reserved this rental online. I opted out of everything except the vehicle. I used the vehicle and when I returned it, I was forced to pay for some Safe Travel ($15 extra). The rep said UHaul made it mandatory. Deceptive practices…because how do you argue this once you’ve used the vehicle.

Gary cI had previously dropped off a long distance uhaul here when first moving down and was impressed by how nice and efficient the drop off went that I decided to use them again for a local move. The uhaul was spotless and well maintained. Sherry at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. I will definitely rent through them again if needed and refer to anyone who asks
