I went to the location on Altama ave to rent the trailer. When I went to pick it up they told me I would have to go to the location on commercial drive to get it. The people at this store were not helpful and rude. I would not visit the Altama location again.

Tammy CI fell ang injured myself on the sidewalk in front of the office. The edge of that sidewalk should be painted yellow so it was more noticeable. I injured my leg and left hand.

Mark TLady asked me how many miles I needed. I told her 100 because I had to take multiple trips. When I returned to another place he said that was not the case so I was charged per mile. Not happy at all
