System was done and my online reservation had to be completely redone. Doing online was a waste of my time.

Renee MI went to the location on Altama ave to rent the trailer. When I went to pick it up they told me I would have to go to the location on commercial drive to get it. The people at this store were not helpful and rude. I would not visit the Altama location again.
