The drop off location had a very large concrete dip that scraped the bottom of the truck; avoiding it was impossible as it's at the entrance. May want to have that leveled out. All staff were very friendly and professional. Thank you.Jonathan V.
The truck we got had no air conditioning for a 9hr trip in 90 degree weather was the worse experience I ever had. The ac worked when we picked it up and immediately turned off after we drove for 1 hourFredlyn G.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Window wipers were wore out. Cruise control didn't work. Back tires were no good Couldn't do more than 50mph down interstate because couldn't see the road with all the rain. I can't believe the way they care for these truck.Kimberly P.

Customer service was awful. The uhual truck was dirty and the equipment I ordered look dirty so therefore I didnt get it.Keisha F.
Absolutely no customer service. I had to hook up the Uhaul car trailer to my Uhaul 15' truck on my own. Associate did not leave the office. Was not shown how the fender on the trailer folds down. I drove up on the trailer and the door would not open. I had to crawl out the window to get out. Also, the associate did not check to see if everything was hooked up properly, tail lights operational, etc. Fortunately I have experience towing vehicles. I cannot imagine what it would have been like for others with little or no experience. Also, the facility was in terrible shape. Pot holes everywhere. Difficult to navigate around the facility. One last thing, when I was finished, my hands were very dirty. Associate handed me a couple of paper towels with no offer to use the restroom to clean up.Robert L.
I was supposed to pick the truck up at 8am at one location. After 45 minutes on the phone with customer service there was no key to get the truck and it was the wrong equipment in the truck so I then had to go to another location which the truck was ready when I got there. I was refunded 50$ but that didn't even cover the cost of paying the movers for the hour lost that morning trying to get a truck I reserved DAYS before. Then when dropping the truck off I was charged for an extra day and now have to wait 3-5 for a refund on MY money that never should have been taken to being with. Absolutely horrible experience with U-Haul. Moving is stressful enough and this made it that much worseKIMBERLY P.

I reserved my uhaul at a certain t location and when I got there I was told that I had to go to a different location. Customer service said that they had emailed and text me about the change but I never got a text or email. So, I was a little upset that I had to go to a location that was further away from my house than I wanted.Charisma P.

This truck I was given as a rental needs to be retired. Very old and power steering was very whiny and had an exhaust leak. I do not know what your policy is on trucks, but this one needs to be a local only rental and not a 500 mile truck. The lady I spoke with in Rock Hill, could not have been more accommodating and I will use them again if an when I rent with u-haul. I appreciate her helping me and being so polite.Billy R.

This place is a he'll trap to drive a big truck into and there should be WARNINGS posted at the gates so that drivers will not ha e to navigate or fear driving down the slope ...very awkward and very dangerous!Lisa K.
