Brian D.This storage location does not open until 9am. You cannot do an after hours drop off because there is nowhere to park the vehicle. Additionally, I filled the gas tank up to where it was supposed to be. I was then charged for 2 gallons of gas. 2 gallons! How in the world could you tell that marker needed 2 more gallons in the tank? I thought it was shady.
Gina C.The challenge of asking customers to use their Android phones to capture a copy of both sides of their driver's license must be dealt with. The agent was able to do it with her IPhone but my Android phone would not. She told me she had the same issue with another person's Android phone. If they resolve that issue they will move to Excellent. Everything else was 👍.
