Tried gauging me on the gas when I returned it with more than was in it. Showed the receipt from a gas station 2 miles away where I had filled it to nearly half a tank, and they still claimed it was supposed to be a full tank. Charged me for the gas, which I have since rectified. Also had a road share set up and cancelled last minute, only to get other offers at greater distance for less. I took the one an hour away. The weekend before I was to return the truck, I received multiple texts and phone calls attempting to change my dropoff to multiple other locations even farther away, and people seemed genuinely confused that this upset me. Finally called that Monday to ask why, when I literally was blocks away from one. Offering me “extra miles” as an incentive was ridiculous. Not happy about this move with U-Haul would be an understatement. You need to check your franchisees for shady business practices

I'm greatly disappointed for the fact that I rented equipment from a location near where I needed to transport items to and from. Yet when I arrived to pick up said equipment that I rented I was redirected to a location further away. Therefore, increasing the mileage and increasing the total, due to increased mileage. I was charged about 12 extra miles and I don't believe that that's fair to me. I expect to hear from you on how you'll make it right.

They overcharged me, won't check there cameras and have not gotten back to even after multiple other locations have emailed them.

Due to a power outage, the business was closed. I had to call to find the location. While I had no difficulty finding the place, no one was there. I carefully unhitched the tow dolly and likewise carefully moved it, with gloved hands, to a space out of the way yet easily visible

This place made a huge mistake on the mileage! They put in the wrong mileage . We used a 20’ truck to move my son’s family a short distance from Lacey Wa to Shelton Wa and back. Unfortunately we didn’t take a picture of the mileage ( our fault) since we couldn’t prove the mistake they charged us $1500.00 ! Scammers! It seems like they set us up! I’m never going to rent from U-Haul again! I’m telling everyone that I know not to rent from You!

You kept changing the terms and conditions and the return location, it was hard to keep up. Also. you changed the return location which was way out of our way and we were on the hook for the extra gas and time. We will tell all of our friends and family not to use UHaul.

Provide better contact and site info. I was directed to a site that had multiple uses and the information I accessed made it seem that the location was closed. Fortunately I went there and found someone and it worked out. He was very helpful. The Uhaul website was Down and I couldn't be checked out properly that evening, but it looks like it was taken care of eventually.. Also your website had pages like this this one that I couldn't enlarge on my phone. Very annoying. My contract document was the same. Too tiny and wouldn't let me enlarge it.
