Very nice and friendly guy. I JUST wish he would have walked me through the inspection before I left with the truck. I didn’t realize a link was coming for me to send photos of any damages. There was a huge paint spill in the bed of the truck, behind the tire wall so hard to see from the ground. By the time I realized it, the link was expired. I paid 25.00 to clean up someone else’s mess! Lots of verbiage on your contract for one to sit and read every word before leaving. Other than that, I’d definitely use this site to rent a truck again. I enjoyed his conversation.
