The location that I picked up and dropped off were fine but I made a reservation in Amarillo and they made me drive 90 miles to go pick up the truck without any compensation whatsoever.

Michelle RFirst of all, I was sent out of my way to get this truck because my guaranteed one was not available in Canyon, TX or even in Amarillo, TX. They didn't have the right dolly in the uhaul and it was not clean. Also, I was not given enough miles to cover this and you charge me the overage!!!

Bence CI arrived at the rental center for my appointment on time, but was informed that the person capable of completing the rental wasn't available. After waiting almost an hour for someone to show up to complete the rental, I was finally able to talk to someone (in another town) that completed it over the phone. I can empathize with issues that arise in family businesses, especially so close to holidays, but what's the point in making a reservation if only ONE party shows up? I would have gladly rescheduled (earlier or later) had I know NO ONE was going to be available to complete my rental. Seems like the reservation should have made someone in the rental center aware I was coming to pick up the trailer and have someone there to complete the rental, or at the very least, tell me that they weren't so I could have made other plans instead of standing around for 90 minutes waiting for someone to complete the paperwork.
Douglas CBetter I instructions on returning after hours. Before you return the vehicle. Also the reservation process is terrible online.

Priscilla SThe manager was more concerned about talking on his cell phone. He stopped getting me ready to rent a trailer to talk to his banker to buy his lunch. The store was dirty and I bet the floor had not been swept in weeks let alone seen a mop. Very rude.

Mickey CDon't have your employee look at the customer like they are crazy when the employee is informed that she can't get into the truck because it's to high. I have MS and I did not appreciate how many times I had to keep pulling on the steering wheel to try and let myself in while the employee was just standing there gawking at me. Her suggestion was for me to pull myself up by using the steering wheel; which I already tried several times and she was aware of that. I will not use that location ever again. 3305 N Lincoln Ave location in Loveland, Colorado sucks!!
Patricia NI was charged for insurance I did not request or need. Was told the equipment would be delivered in 30 minutes, but it took two hours. I did appreciate that the delivery persons helped me load the trailer.

James GWe had a rough time with this trailer when hauling our truck! We don’t believe the wait distribution was right and it was a rough ride. Will not be using this product again! When arriving to the location to pick up we gave the man all of the information again on both vehicles and we were made to hook up to a trailer then they said they made a mistake and had to take it off to put a different one on. When we loaded to truck in barely fit and there is no way the weight distribution was acurate!

Adrienne AThe owner of this U-haul establishment should be ashamed. We had our car break down on Tuesday, Sept. 25th in Shamrock, Texas. We were unable to return our trailer to the location, Maldonado's in Altus, OK, so we were told we could return our trailer to the Shamrock, TX location. The man there told us he would pick up the trailer for $40 from the tow service we used there in Shamrock. We contacted the tow company, 66 Towing, who returned the trailer for us on Sept. 26th. This can be verified through Tabitha Rivera at the Altus location at 580-480-0226. She spoke with the man at Shamrock, who told her he received our trailer yesterday. Today, we got a bill for 2 days additional rental (26th and 27th of Sept.) from the Shamrock location. What a ripoff!!

Krishna WHave customer service available during rental hours. Waited 3 1/2 hrs for the gut who knows what to do. Never showed. Finally got somebody to do order so I could get my move done! Couldn't pay with cash!

janette mthe man here at the drop off point won’t give us our $100.00 deposit back because the guy in Longmont didn’t put that the $100.00 ad a deposit, he put it as change due !! whatever that means!!! I was NOT INFORMED that there would be a $100.00 deposit when I spoke to the U-Haul agent when I reserved the truck !! I had to go to 2 different places to get the equipment I ordered WELL IN ADVANCE for you to get the equipment to the I-HAUL STORE I CHOSE TO be my RENTAL PICK UP STORE!!!!! OMG WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO

Mark RIf a truck has a slice in the tire, the establishment should politely and eagerly try and assist the customer in changing out the equipment.

Vehicle was very clean, but the vehicle was in poor mechanical shape, brakes were weak, no power in the engine, I believe it was totally unsafe for the terrain I had to travel.
