Francis CHe was late and we had to wait over an hour for him to get to the shop. The trailer was buried in snow and not ready. He couldn’t get the computer system figured out and signing the trailer out and paying took over an hour m. He smelled so bad of body Odour my husband and I were gagging in the shop while we had to wait. The trailer was dirty inside

Danny Bit isn't Shaunavon faciltiy that was the problem i have placed a complaint already with more or less a you made a deal with the person on phone when when it happened so to bad it was further than expected for drop off. As Swift Current location was closed i had to drive to drop off at Shaunavon, I would really appreciate a manager to call me on this at 403-519-7155 !!

Brian WTruck was snowed in, was told I had t pay someone to plow it out, had to for mileage for an extra trip because I couldn’t drop it off where I should have been able to and had leave more gas in there.
Rachel AThe pickup location was changed to Shaunavon without telling us. I checked two days before pickup and it was in Swift Current and no one called me before 6pm the night before pick up like it said they would. The morning of the move when we went to pick it up in Swift Current there wasn't a uhual there and then we figured the location was changed in the reservation without our knowledge. Moving is already stressful without unexpected changed. We understand it was where the equipment was but no one told us so we could plan accordingly. The staff at the Shaunavon location was great. It delayed the day by 5 hours with the detour and changing when the loaders could come. When I called customer service to understand why I wasn't contacted about the change the representative told me they called me which they did not as I have no record of any missed phone calls and I was expecting it in the evening and waiting by my phone while doing my final packing. She transfered me to a person in booking and he was very considerate of the situation unlike the first representative. I will look into other moving companies before ever using uhual again. It was a horrible experience.

Justin STerrible terrible terrible service - shouldn’t be a uhaul drop off location. Owner didn’t show up to work, wouldn’t answer his phone all day. Poor poor service. Please get rid of this man.

Russel NNot a thing. Iron Pony hooked up the trailer for us. Inspected all the lights were working. Double checked when the one light was not working correctly. Explained I could use my phone to let Uhaul know it was returned.
Brenda BGet your machine working so that the refund comes to me right away. If you are listed as open at 12:00 then be there at 12:00. I shouldn't have to wait until 1:00 to get service.

Prajyot Swhen you want to rent a truck or trailer they never have stock have to drive 2 1/2 hours away to get a truck or trailer he said I can put in for a truck but can not guarantee he can not get one last time he said he could 2 days before I get my rental truck said can not get one you will have to look some where else
Wayne DI left a hundred dollar deposit in Ontario. This store said I will get it back, I still have not got my money back. Why is he not refunded me my money ?.
kelly wThe location was cluttered and had tall grasses growing on the property. However, the employee working there provided terrific customer service which made up for the location.
Joy FEverything went smooth. Equipment was very adequate. However, I was charged a $50.00 cancellation fee on top of my rental fee as I was several hours later to pick up then I stated even though I had a 24 hour rental. At no time was I told that this would happen. The dealer went to bat for me and was told uhaul wouldnt reimburse me. I find this outrageuos as I did in fact rent the trailer and there was no revenue lost. If I ran my business like this I would be out of business in a few weeks I can assure you. I would hope that Uhaul would rethink this policy and back thier independant representative trying to do business in small community with a depressed economy. Sincerely Darrel

JAMES JDidn't like that corporate added extra to our move charge. Was fixed. But would of never happened if girl on phone would of listened.
Lenoard SJohn MacDonald was so helpful. He fixed my towing lights without complaint and answered all my questions. With his knowledge, I felt more confident pulling the cargo trailer. He provided excellent customer service making this a stress free experience for me!!

CHRISTINE MI got there and the clearance lights were not functioning had to hang around and help for an hour and a bit to reconnect a short in the electrical line
andre rThe trailer brakes did not work which made the trip through Rogers pass more worrisome than necessary. There was no spare tire and when asked for one they told me if I get a flat to call a number, well what if I get a flat where there is no cell service. There was no jack on the hitch so when we dropped the trailer to be unloaded at our destination we had to use a skidsteer to get the hitch off the truck. Will go elsewhere when needing a trailer next time.
