Kevin DLe camion est tombé en panne . La batterie s’est déchargé j’ai dû faire un survoltage avec des câble de dépannage . En pleine pluie j’ai laisser tourner le moteur pendant tout le temps de location pour ne plus retomber en panne et on m’as charger l’essence au complet . Comment se foutre de c’est client , c’est la dernière fois que je loue un équipement U haul .

JeanSebastien GJe suis allé chercher un camion de 15 pieds soit disant prêt et à l’endroit déterminé lors de ma réservation et le camion n’y était pas . J’ai dû partir de Terrebonne à Repentigny pour aller chercher un camion. Stress pas nécessaire lors d’un déménagement. J’ai fait affaire dans le passer avec huaul je trouve que ça a changé en fait de bon service a/n réservation.

Jean AI reserved a 15-footer, and the same day they told me they couldn't find a 15-footer, so I'd have a 10-footer. I had to make two round trips instead of one, and I had to sell two pieces of furniture that didn't fit in the 10-footer. Very disappointed. No compensation.
Maryanne MJ'ai fait une réservation en ligne et quand je suis arrivé sur les lieux il n'avait pas ma réservation. Par contre ils ont tous fait afin que je puisse aller faire ce que j'avais à faire avec une remorque. Je vais m'arranger pour communiquer directement avec eux.

Sebastien LOverall, first we did rent a truck one way between Terrebonne to Mont-Tremblant. When we went to Potiron for our truck this is when we learned we didn't have a truck because U-Haul moved our location to another store without advising us. The other location was Riviere des prairies. The employe at Potiron didn't care. We called U-Haul then they found a truck ready in Repentigny. We were moving so it took us 30 minutes to go and 30 minutes to go back to our home; we lost 60 minutes without speaking about extra milage. the extra hour we lost, then we were not able to get all items at our new house.

Marc Hrent often U-haul for the first time the 20feet box was full of dirt also i was charge on my credit card on a second transaction for 15$ no explanation I came back one hour earlier and i put more gaz in than there was when i took it i got pictures of the dashboard before and after where you clearly see the odometer and the fuel gage the personnel where courteous and efficient service was fast even thoug there was a line up i will for sure continue to use your services tank you
