Everything went smooth with the truck rental but the movers were god awful and broke walls and ruined a dresser that we had to throw away, I would chargeback this whole transaction if I could but then it would ruin my good standing w rental companies.

Maybe walk us towards the truck and look around to see the condition of the truck and take a picture of the licence plate instead of receiving a message to do so, message that I read only much later in the day after the link provided to give this information was expired, as we immediately started loading the truck upon arrival at the moving site. Other than that, excellent and polite service.
