Danny CJ’ai reçu peu d’informations, on ne m’a pas avisé que j’avais un document numérique à remplir lors de la prise en charge. Lors de ma réservation, j’ai demandé de recevoir les communications par courriel ( problème de cell, texto fonctionne pas) et je n’ai jamais reçu le courriel pour le formulaire. Le camion était assez propre mais il y avait une lumière « Check engine »

chloe lAu retour de location d'une remorque, je n'ai pas eut le temps de sortir de mon véhicule qu'un employé est venu enlevé la remorque de mon attelage et je suis réparti. Entrer et sortir du stationnement 1 minutes! C'est du service rapide à 100%.

philippe c70 year old employee was extremely rude, was giving conflicting instructions for the trailer hook up and proceeded with raising his voice and threatening to physically assault my husband. The man continued to yell belligerently despite other employees asking him to calm his mannerisms! Would NEVER return to this location!!!

Marco ASince it was my first time, the validation of my documents took a long time. They didn't explain anything about the mileage. I overpaid because if you say you travel 100 km and you only travel 60 km, they charge extra.

CHANTAL CEverything went smooth with the truck rental but the movers were god awful and broke walls and ruined a dresser that we had to throw away, I would chargeback this whole transaction if I could but then it would ruin my good standing w rental companies.

Gaetchy mMaybe walk us towards the truck and look around to see the condition of the truck and take a picture of the licence plate instead of receiving a message to do so, message that I read only much later in the day after the link provided to give this information was expired, as we immediately started loading the truck upon arrival at the moving site. Other than that, excellent and polite service.
