First off the scheduled truck was changed to a different location. After the use of the truck I returned it to the original reserved location site and was told that would be an extra $200 fee unless I took it back to the other location where I got the truck. Luckily I had enough time to return the truck with a full tank and no overage of miles. I was told if I didnt have the same amount of gas it is $6 a gallon and if I put more in it would be credited to the debit card on file. Also credit for using less miles than estimated. Neither of these things were true. So having the extra miles leftover and gas was pointless and I had to drive all the way back to the location to avoid a fee. A lot of calling, messaging and blaming happened within uhaul that day. Before thinking I set anything up incorrectly I understand how it works and what i needed to do but was continuously told that someone would fix it. I now have the receipt and it wasnt.
DUSTIN CLet customers know the truck is not waterproof.If it rains your items will get wet.
SCOTTIE TPut a little bit of Grease or oil on parts that should be or that uses such lubrication
WILLIAM GWe were last minute walk-in customers who needed a one-way trailer. They were so helpful and friendly; I have had other experiences where stores didn’t want to rent one-way.

John ZThe trailer had to be parked in an overgrown field of grass and weeds. We were directed to just put it "out there some place by the other trailers." The business was a flee market which was less than appealing from the outside. The trailer served our purpose and I was grateful that I did not have to pull an empty trailer back to Lexington.

Dan BInspect truck before handing it over. The back door was open. I had to stop and close it. Tell people about how to determine how much gas in truck. I list 20 dollars by over filling. Don't make customer go get mileage and has amount.

bobby mI hope i never had to rent from uhaul again ..the right back tire was low and i was given a tire gage and was told to go fill it up with air which i had to pay for several times throughout the few hours i kept it ..it made a terrible noise what time i drove it and i was charged full price ! Spoke with the manager and no help there other than haveing to return uhaul early ! Not good business !! Would not recommend!!
Debra SI rent a trailer. Then i got a call that i had to drive 1/2 further to puck up what i needed.i already had to drive N hr to the closest uhaul. The next day I called to drop trailer off at another location .was told 4 different stories,4transfers,4hang ups.Finally got the right person.he wouldn't listen to me.took the trailer back.man was very nice. Then I got the receipt. Charged twice as much. I'm calling again tomorrow. I've used uhaul numerous times. I believe this will be my last time. Their customer service people need more training,they need a better phone system , and they need to understand telling a customer "It's no big deal" when they are causing frustration is not acceptable customer service.
