miscommunication...about the price... the truck rental was $39.95 but when we went to pick it up the total was $133 .....they should have explained all the fees and taxes and everything on the website. and we brought it back with more gas in it than when we picked it up they should have refunded the money back that we was over or we estimated the distance we was gonna use it and went over 12 miles... we even cleaned the truck out too but still got charged for 12 miles over. i feel like we should have been reimbursed for the gas or mileage..... i will not recommend u haul for anyone due to miscommunication issues...
