The tank was 7/8 full ( not completely full), the cab had an odor, dirty interior & cargo space, and then a $20.00 after hour fee?

Make it so we can actually contact location. I was told my item was available just to drive there and find out it was not. Staff was very nice considering, but I didn't receive a call when my rental was available as discussed (in person). Calling a central number to make reservations when they don't have the update availability is just ridiculous.
Dawn RQuite simply, I was blown away at how slick the pick-up and drop-out experiences were. Helpful staff as well. You get an email receipt w/in minutes, all charges being perfectly clear. Thank you U-Haul.

RENEE HThis office has very few vehicles limiting one from making a better choice, thus being forced to pick a vehicle you didnt intend and this affects my budget as well as the load. Please provide a variety of vehicles for proper and better choices by clients.

WESLEY HI was scheduled for 8am pickup. Key was not in the lockbox. Office didn't open until 10am. No apologies or anything from the attendant when I finally picked up at 945. Ordered a furniture dolly and 2 sets of blankets (12 each for total of 24). When I arrived, same attendant told me they didn't have a furniture dolly. Also told me to grab the blankets on the floor in the store. I ended up with a total of 4 large blankets and 1 small blanket but was still charged for 2 sets of 12. I would not recommend using this location again.
James WThat is not a deal breaker, yet vital. Staff needs to be happy when meeting a customer. Not everyone can be in good mood everyday, but a little friendler would help.

ZHONGWEI ZAdditional equipment not requested was still in the truck, an appliance dolly, which had to keep being unloaded and loaded and moved around to keep out of our way, bag for moving blankets was empty , I didn’t request any so didn’t matter much to me
GREGORY CTruck had over 100,000 miles on it and was in dire need of new shocks. The back end was really hard to open because it was off-line my guess is from some prior damage, and the driver’s door also was not fitting real well again because of the age of the truck most likely. Thankfully, we had a very short local need so it wasn’t that big of a deal.

WILLIAM SI was charged for 2 gallons of fuel despite returning the vehicle with slightly more gas than when I picked it up. They didn’t have the blankets/pads I paid for when making the reservation, and then I was charged for the mileage to drive to a different uhaul location to pick up moving pads there.

Monty HThe Van had 1/8th of a tank of gas. In addition, the parking brake did not release until much effort and time were put into it. I was told I would get a credit due to the low gas but instead was charged extra.

LLOYD HMy only comment is about the location. It’s a bit tricky to park the truck since it’s a busy area and there isn’t clear signage on where to park. Other than that, all good.

VINCENT CThe truck brakes were poor and you hand to floor to get the brakes to engage. Not sure if they need bleeding or pads. This is dangerous. The truck needs alignment badly. Overall a scary experience.

SAYED HLocation was great. But the UHaul iOS app was confusing to use. It was not clear that you need to give it location permission in order to return the rental via the app for after-hours returns. As such it took awhile to realize that I had not completed the return, after I had already dropped off the keys.
