How U-Haul Reviews WorkHave a chair in the hall, outside of the locked Uhaul office door. I’m eighty years old and had to wait, standing, for the young man to get to the office. He was very nice when was helping me with the rental. He also brought a chair to the hall so he could lock the office and check out my returned vehicle.

Jorge VI had recently rented a truck from a different location and was still prompted to provide secondary evidence of me being me. This was not expected and included all sorts of ways that was not practical. It also has no practical purpose. If there was a convenient option to rent from someone else I would. This is not a reflection on this location but the trash company policies that they were forced to use. Do better.
