SEAN MActually keep a reservation and not make your customers change plans the day before every time. You appear to have no concern whatsoever for the lives or business of your customers
Lance OReturning the truck after hours was the biggest pain. I put the keys in the drop box and then did the return online, only to find out you need to do a million things inside the truck. It would have been nice to know 1. You must stay at the drop-off location to do the online return 2. You must take photos of 8 things before you can complete the process. Won’t return after hours ever again, so might not use u-haul as often.
Eileen PTried twice to use the online return process and it would not complete (took all the pictures and it reset like I hadn't taken them) so I just dropped the key in the drop box.
