Leave more space for the trucks that are parallel parked on the street. Otherwise really friendly staff that provided great service.
Thomas SThis was the first time I picked up the truck with my iPhone, so a little bit of a learning curve, but all went well. I happened to rent on the day U-Haul's computer went down, but all was squared away by the close of business next day.

WESLEY HI was scheduled for 8am pickup. Key was not in the lockbox. Office didn't open until 10am. No apologies or anything from the attendant when I finally picked up at 945. Ordered a furniture dolly and 2 sets of blankets (12 each for total of 24). When I arrived, same attendant told me they didn't have a furniture dolly. Also told me to grab the blankets on the floor in the store. I ended up with a total of 4 large blankets and 1 small blanket but was still charged for 2 sets of 12. I would not recommend using this location again.
