I had an appointment at 12:30 and the attendant was gone and didn't show up until 12:45. There was a long line of people waiting. He asked if we knew how to hook up the trailer and came out only to take a picture and left... he didn't verify anything.
CONNIE KLet customers know employees will not be available during lunch breaks. I drove an hour to the location to pick up the equipment to find out that the employee on duty was on lunch. When paying for the equipment, the pre-disclosed discounted rate was not applied.
JOELL CThey were about to close but he was still very helpful and never said anything about the closing time.
Annie STaillight was out on the truck we were given. We didn’t know this until we were on our way home and my wife was following me, she alerted me that the left rear light and turn signal was not working.
Eric BThe particular trailer that I rented had an intermittent problem with a turn signal indicator. Demonstrated this was not an electrical issue with my vehicle. Otherwise, the equipment was in excellent condition.

AARON ZI paid for 1 dozen of moving pads, not in the truck. Also, paid for 3 dollies and only had 2. I messaged the store and no one responded.

Donald BThe passenger side seats and the middle seat had some cosmetic damage when I picked up. Not a major concern. But thought will bring to your attention. Braking was OK but felt a little skidding at one point.

Wayne BThe AC did not work. We did not notice until the truck was full and we where on the road. We had an 6.5 hour trip. They said we could switch out the truck or pull over and wait for road side assistance to see if they could help.

Starla Jthe app let me reserve a time that technically should not have been possible to reserve. the agent who helped me really had to go the extra mile to accommodate my reservation. more coordination with local uhaul agents would be nice.
Joseph PUpdate the uhaul app and make returning easier. The app kept freezing and crashing so it took me nearly 30 minutes. Once I was almost completed it crashed and had to start the process all over again 4 times.

Donovan RThere was an incapable person to load the car hauler onto my vehicle I had to do it myself and she proceeded to tell me that “technically she isn’t supposed to hook it to the vehicle” this was extremely awful service. Since when are customers supposed to hook up their own equipment. It was extremely unprofessional.
Ashley eThe storage facility was supposed to open at 10am. Which is when my appointment was. The property manager did not show up to even open the door until 10:20am. Called the number on the website and it was a call center. And even they could not get in touch with the manager. When he did arrive I had to wait for a until he got off the phone with other storage managers to start my rental process. Because the property manager was late, I was late to an appointment I had after renting the trailer.

Daniel BAnthony needs some serious training. 1. Anthony was on break when we went to pick up the rental. We had to wait about 20 minutes for him to come out of the adjacent apartment to help us. 2. Anthony was on break when we came to return the vehicle. No one was there when we returned the rental in less than 2 days. 3. The receipt for the rental came showing that we returned the rental after 3 days, I was upset called and Anthony told me to call 1800 UHaul and Dispute the charge. I asked why I should have to dispute the overcharge, Anthony said I was not listening to him. I did not feel listened to myself. I tried to explain what happned and why I was upset, Anthony did not care. I had to waste my time calling UHAUL to ask for a credit after being charged a full days extra rent for a trailer turned in on time. I am very upset. Anthony was nice enough during the retnal and hook up (by the way something was spliced on the trailer and he mentioned that should not of been done). I should not have ot spend my time calling and going through this, or getting a receipt that overcharged me. Doesn't Anthony know I had returned the trailer when he was on one of his many breaks that he enjoys, while giving poor service to customers. I have asked customer service to credit me back 2 days now, instead of one for having the truck. I believe I deserve a credit for being overcharged and for being mistreated by Anthony.
lisa bStaff the location during business hours! This was the second time I dropped off there and it was closed both times. Sign on the door said they would be back by 3, but it was 4.

Tanner WAs part of Uhaul website cart, had requested a hand dolly (not appliance dolly). When picked up equipment, told by location they were more of a truck processing place and not a 'full service' place. Would have been nice for the Uhaul website to note this as required me to make other arrangements for the needed dolly.
