Got my u-haul at 12:00 pm sunday and was going to return it the tuesday but at a later time since we had to move states and i had a dr appointment with my obgyn. They told me if i didn’t stop it off for 12:00 pm on tuesday that they were gonna charge me for another day. so we added on the extra day for another $40. We go to drop the u-haul off and not only have to fill it back up but got charged the extra miles of having to travel from the u-haul place to our home to load up and travel from our new home to a gas station and then to the drop off location. This is basically stealing money and i’m so not happy at all.

We are still having issues since we checked the truck in on 10/6 around 1 am. We have sent all the requested information and haven’t received 1 phone call or email.

The person that checked out the equipment was rather rude to me. Otherwise everything else was great.

The store representative was professional and helpful. The truck was dirty inside the cab, as well as in the cargo box. The check engine light was on, there was slack in the steering that made it difficult to steer, there was broken, missing and non-operational pieces on the dash and in the cab. Had I not been obligated, and on a tight time schedule to move my daughter’s classroom furniture and books to her new school, I would have never accepted the use of this truck. I have been renting U-Haull trucks for the past 9 years. I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this truck.

Nothing. It was easy,the staff friendly and efficient. I had no issues.

Truck was filthy (even cup holder was sticky). I was really disappointed to be permitted 33 miles on a one way truck. The last time I went with Penkse, and for their one way trucks, there's no max on miles. So I was able to make a few trips if needed. Because of this 33 mile limit, I wasn't able to get everything moved. Now I have to rent again (but not through UHaul, unless they make this right)

I don’t like how it’s a $100 hold for mileage of 20 miles and if you don’t go over 20 miles you suppose to get your money back but instead you guys gave me only some of my money.

They can be on time or put the uhaul key in the lock box so I didn't have to get charged extra for my kovers that were just sitting there an extra hour on the clock waiting for me to show up with the uhaul.
