Linda M.I called my neighborhood dealer. They were happy to take my order but no time did that dealer tell me they didn't have my truck. I was forced to drive 10 miles into another state to pickup my truck. When I arrived at my reservation time I found the door locked and a sign saying they didn't open until 8:30. I walked in at 8:30 and it took another 20 minutes to rent my truck. So I was nearly an hour late getting started.

ernest F.When I dropped off the vehicle, I asked for a different credit card to be used than the one used to secure the reservation (the gentleman on the phone when I made the reservation said that it would be no problem.) The person at the desk showed no interest in making that happen. She just shrugged her shoulders - an infuriating response!

Michael S.Not because of the location but this was the worst experience ever. I booked a different location and then was changed to a location that was CLOSED! A note was left to call a number with a code. We had no code. When we called U-Haul we were told it was an hour wait so we had them call us back. After an hour we got a call and it said we were next then we were disconnected. This continued for 3HOURS!!!!! When we finally were given directions to get a code we called the number at the location back and we're told the keys were under a traffic cone. Why this couldn't have been told to us three hours before with a confirmation number is insane. We wasted over three hours!!!! U-Haul needs to fix the way they change locations on you. Where you rent from is where you should get it. In this day in age they should be able to know which locations will have which trucks ahead of time. Also the fact we kept calling and then when we received a call back twice it was disconnected. This was a very friustratinf experience and ruined my last day in a family home I was saying goodbye to after 45 years!

I recorded my return as I I plan to write an e-mail to the U-haul CEO with the video! When he hears how they treat their customers, they will probably lose their franchise license as it was just criminal the threats for a situation that was unavoidable and they helped to cause. Robert
